many customers are complaining about the battery issues in this phone. It's a known issue. I know customers are telling us it goes from 100 to like 20% in 4 hours.

Phone has too many issues. It's hardly a flagship, that said it is a flagship phone,

    maybe try cleaning ur front camera. sometimes specs of dust can cause that

        Front camera of S6 is rubbish, when I'm in selfie mode I noticed purple dots on front camera.

                I have lot of SAMSUNG fans around me, K to be exact had SAMSUNG fans. Don't know what the problem is with SAMSUNG but their quality either went down badly or lost stability. 2 of my friends and 1 of my family member bought S6 and all of them are regretting it.
                1. My first friend bought it nearly 3 months ago for first 1 and a half month it ran smoothly then its battery started to drain quickly even he uses it only to make calls and chat. It hardly lasts 4-5hrs. which is not good at all. He had to visit SAMSUNG service center to get it repaired. Sadly now it lasts only 6-7hrs which is still less for a student.
                2.My second friend he bought it just 15 days after my first friend did. His was not a battery problem but the response time of the phone was slow. He went to SAMSUNG service center actually 2 service centers just to get an answer that the phone works like that there is no problem with the device.
                3.My family member bought it just last month 2nd September to be exact even after I advised him not to because he was a SAMSUNG fan. For first 20 days it worked well but then even though it has full battery the phone automatically switches off. Now it is with SAMSUNG service center. And he his using his old NOKIA N8 which is far better than S6 in my opinion.

                    Dear Samsung

                    you haaad to make the phone cheap as a street w****. the day before my wife's s6 volume down button stuck some how, it does not work at all. in addition to the misery the phone rebooted automatically and enter in to safe mode. i saw this same problem with my s3 so i quite samsung for being so cheap. then my wife insist to buy her a s6 and same thing happened again. when you are going to learn samsung??? and stop making this piece of junks.
                    its not over yet dear Samsung
                    then i took it to the service center, they just saw the phone and said it was physically damaged. i was stunt by there behavior!! the phone was been used with a premium leather cover and it does not have a single scratch, but they are not willing to listen anything from me and said the warranty is void if i want to repair it i have to pay tk 6000 equivalent to $75.

                    no more Samsung in my life again never at-least not for flagship phones.

                    no offence to the Samsung fan boy's and girl's

                            sony Xperia z5 is best.BEST SMARTPHONE CAMERA IN Z5 WITH 87 SCORE BY DXOMARK.I HAVE ALREADY ORDERED IT.IN FACT 8 OF MY FRIENDS HAVE ALSO ORDERED Z5..BYE BYE SAMSUNG s6.i will sell my s6 as soon as i get my z5 with waterproof,stereo speaker,23mp hybrid autofocus with optical steady shot,2900mah 2 day battery z5,sd card support till 200gb,and best of all regular updates for years.hell-my sisters 3 yr old Xperia z got lollilop 5.1.1.

I know it is weird, but I have MANY phones.. just for the heck of it. The iPhone 6, Samsung GS6, LG G4 HTC, and One M9, all these phones they are awesome and charge VERY fast within the hour but also all three lose battery SO fast.. I too have had to charge them max 3 times in a day after heavy usage. Found Blackberry Z30 and Classic, and iPhone 5S tend to last WAY longer even a whole day despite usage. To be honest battery life, while at times may be inconvenient, it is not a big issue for me. GS6 is one awesome phone that has a high demand of power hence the drainage.

                                Bought my samsung galaxy s6 sm g920fd one week ago. i immediately upgraded to android 5.1.1. Phone is working perfectly, no lag no problems of any kind. Battery lasts for one day with heavy usage. Fast charging is perfect, 100% in one hour. Best investment ever!

                                  I buy 3 times this product and what can i say just dont buy samsung product.they cant make consistent good product.same s6 product but diferent quality.one day i buy s6 flat blue topaz 32gb,and 2 day later the home button loose and stop working.i come to samsung store and never get the new one.the solution just go to service center.WTF,i spend more than $700 and i get rubish.hate the samsung very much.they trick us.stop give your money to samsung company.apple more better in quality control.other problems is camera sensor.some use isocell another one use sony imx240.and they never tell us about it after many forum complain or ask them.

                                      I love this phone but have noticed that im not getting as much life out of it and have even had to charge 3 times in one day, It may just be that mine as a dodgy battery or maybe an issue with all Galaxy S6's not sure but it reall is a fab phone I was using an Xperia Z3 before this and I didnt think there would be much difference but there is a big noticable difference. The S6 far surpassed expectations minus the battery issue.

                                        Work at a hive carrier in my country, and this phone has known battery issues. Now I'm. It saying all of them have this, we are getting complaints from customers complaining about battery life.
