got brand new S6 on Sunday, did some updates on apps and software. last night it just crushed. started to restarting itself over and over again. apparently two ways to fix it - go to safe mode (i don't want to use my phone on safe mode for the rest of the time...) OR reset it factory setting (which the technicians will just do that to 'fix' it). took me more than a day to get everything so perfect on the new device - but boom, here it crushes. really heart breaking. don't even trust the new Android anymore.

Anonymous, 25 Aug 2015any suggestion to make battery life longer?? Yes, you have to change the phone and buy some other which gives better battery timing like G4, Xperia Z3, Z3 compact, M8 even iPhone 6/6plus 😀

A few days ago i change my galaxy s6 edge to s6 flat.i surprise when i try take picture with both camera,rear and front with galaxy s6 flat.the result is suck.i try to complaint to samsung center,but they are said is no problem in my device.next day,i go to samsung store and try they display/exemple device in there.once again i surpraise with the result.they have a good image quality on galaxy s6 flat.same as edge result.the point is,samsung trick us with camera hardware.the sensor they use in example device on samsung store is sony imx240.but they sell to us with another sensor isocell.that is old tech.they put on galaxy s5 last year.i sugest you to not buy this device.they claim samsung galaxy s6 have good camera in the world today.yes,it is true if they use sony new sensor.but isocell,i think they must said the bad camera result on expensive device in the world today.cant compare with iphone 6 camera reault.the image quality is poor.far away from iphone 6 image quality.samsung liar.note this.the big liar.
my samsung s6 edge (sony sensor)have perfect image quality,the perfomance good in both condition light or low light.i proud with the result.but now i very very disaponted.and i fell samsung lias to me.damn.sorry for my bad english.

Pls i have a problem in my s6
I keep getting a notification stating that "the dock is connected". This happens while the phone is plugged and unplugged from power. I do not have a dock. Anyone seeing this? I have no idea what is causing it and would like to make it stop.

Paid $1057AU for my 64gb Samsung Galaxy s6... after two months managed to sell it 680 second hand...the worse phone I have ever owned..constantly overheats, battery always needs to be charged, phone signal falls out constantly, No SD slot, fixed battery?? no longer dust proof or water resistant, seriously what happened to the innovation(s) that once put you at the fore front of smart phone technology?? and made all of us love you and take note and support you since the smart phone evolution began??? The niche your once filled is now void and of little consideration??? Samsung how long do you think it will be before you become just another Nokia in the eyes of the consumer... and we all know what happened to them when they took their finger off the pulse... I think the LG L4 is a better option which is also cheaper and is clearly are able to fill the niche now left vacant by Samsung. As Samsung are more interested in trying to obtain their share of the apple market and in doing so have left a fair swag of there customer base behind, with this sloppy iphone imitation. I think the history books will state clearly in the future that Samsung's smart phone 'hey day' ended with the flagship smart phone s5.

Baajiki, 22 Aug 2015this thing just died on me. tried everything but kept gett... morePut it in the fridge if it get any hotter. I attached my overheating phone near the air conditioner. Not the S6 though. Just an average phone. Always works. Don't put in freezer. The glass might crack.

Hi. When u got the call, ur frenz phone was probly in 3G zone. It probly waznt when u tried to call back. That's why no VDO call was possible.
VDO calls are basically data related and don't work on 2g network.
Hope this clears it.. Peace & out..
