I have been unlocking my phone through thumb finger prints all along, but now it does not respond by unlocking and it is asking me unlocking password, of which I do not remember. How can I be assisted with this problem?

Hi! Just want to ask if anyone experienced the inability to swipe the screen to unlock the phone?it happened to me twice and what i did was to restart by holding the volume down, power key and home key at the same time.pls share your thoughts.tnx

I am getting my s6 arriving at my door in 4 days, but now I am not so sure I made the right choice after reading some of the comments... Battery is not removable? So this means if the battery gives me problems, I cant replace it? And above I read no card slot for storage? How is there no card slot....

Apple devices are thief proof, I got my iPhone stolen and thieves could not go through iCloud protection. I got my phone back from someone who unfortunately bought it at a flea market. These devices are only useful for their owners and for someone else when properly released.

Statistically, iphone contributed to over 50% of theft in London. This mostly involve iphone 5s. iphone are notorious among smartphone for snatch thief. They even have a term for it. They called it 'Apple picking' because it is surprisingly so easy to steal iphone when iphone user likes to flaunt or show off their devices in public.

Anonymous, 01 Aug 2015iPhone, like most of people see it, is more like fashion st... morewhat is the use if the phone has many new features low battery backup.When choosing android devices or when hearing of android,the first thing that come in my mind is removable back,sd slots.i dont prefer s6.its like an i device.Android is like full of freedom.i think note 4 may be a better choice.i have iphone 6 as my main device,have an android tablet,my old S3,and a laptop.i use my laptop for browsing and downloading stuffs,my iphone for taking photos,games & social networking.i rarely use my android device,maybe once in a month.i think those who dont have pc or laptops are prefering android devices

beN, 01 Aug 2015the sales point of s6 is really disappointing,and sales of ... moreiPhone, like most of people see it, is more like fashion statement. social status if you will. when you use apple devices you'll gain an automatic "woah" effect from your surroundings. not to deny that using apple device is a delightful experience. the software is a breeze, accessories is everywhere. and that's why apple devices sell better than it others.
but not everyone has the financial ability to buy a device with premium price for fashion or social status. some people really want to buy the device because the device offers more capabilities in the same price. that's why i bought the s6.
you can continue worship your Apple devices, I'll just be here happy with my amazing s6.
try the fast charging feature and the 2k screen of s6 first. then come back to this opinion section.

You owners are now going to get the option to empty the bloatware your phone comes with!!
So that useless weather or news app you didn't need, you can uninstall it! :)
A move that, Samsung has proved itself an idiot company by not following it.
