If they are getting richer it's only because people are buying their products. Same could of been said about all manufacturers.

Sam Cheong, 23 May 2015Can you give the actual proof that S6 is copying Sony and iPhone?Sony Z3 released on 3 Sept and iphone 6 on 9 Sept but with surprisingly similar design. Now Samsung join that design too. Especially if you compare the metal chasis on all three phones. I don't think they copied it but i assume it as a trend. Beside, the rounded edge instead of flat is more comfortable to the hand.

iPhone 6 also has protruding camera, I think that design should be of no concern...of course if they could make that camera thinner that would be better.

With any expensive phone i would recommend using a case when out and about then there would be no problem. I don't see many people using phones without cases any more. Phones are not made to take a beating. Would you expect a computer, laptop or TV to survive a drop with out protection?

The s5 was fall of gimmicks that effect performance and was just a phone version of a Swiss Army knife. The build, feel and performance of samsungs new flagship phone are at its best. Touch wiz is not over done and the phone just works because it's no longer full of bloat ware. It also has the best processor in any mobile phone. Nearly all android phones offer SD cards, removable battery so on so on. Samsung was slatted last year for making the s5 too much like the s4 and s3. The s5 did not feel like a new flagship phone. Now they have gone down the same root as apple and produced a phone that no longer feels and looks like a toy. Just go in a phone store pick one up and you will see what I mean. 2nd if you like HTC or LG that's fine there good phones and I like all tech but as we all know they are not without there problems either and they can thank Qualcomm for most of there issues. They also have kept the designs almost identical to the previous models so no one would know if you had the latest model or not. Also the performance between the previous models are almost identical. You end up buying the same phone again with ever so slightly better performance and a upgraded camera. So getting back to Samsung I feel they have made the biggest change and not repeated its self like most android devices. let's face it Samsung are more successful for making android devices plus they can make all there own hardware.....

Help me pls.Everyone here knows that this is an expensive smartphone. I bought this phone more than a month ago but there are some issues bothering me. The battery life is poor I need to charge it every 10 to 12 hours note that I not a heavy user. Second, the memory leak is a huge disappointment here. And lastly, it lags when playing hd games. Felt a little bit ashamed when I compared it to my firend's z3 compact. Even my old s5 have more good usability than this device.

Galaxy S6 is a revolution from S5 for sure.
But too bad I'm not stupid, the camera bump is there and it's one of the phones weak points. If it fall on the back, guess what's going to get damaged 1st.
2nd, the price is way to high for a phone that doesn't offer everything.
This includes card slot for memory expansion (wtf were you thinking guys?!), waterproof abilities that S5 had, and on top of it, stereo, loud speakers. So yeah, for this freaking price you must be trolling with us.
Even though it doesn't have stereo speakers, the sound is very crisp which ruins the bass output. Comparing it's speaker to my 5 years old Sony Ericsson W995 was just a stupid thing to do. W995 has deeper, more bassy and louder speakers. I tested it via headphones too, the sound was at the same level of clarity and loudness there which is wow, but it's bass still couldn't mach W995. I tried to play with the equaliser in order to increase the bass, but that dropped the loudness level, even increasing all the equaliser bars to max, the normal preset is still louder! go figure.
Something that doesn't happen with the W995, of course. Whatever you do with the equaliser. Yeah, I'm half crazy when it comes to music quality and volume, so Galaxy S6 is a clear loser in comparison to W995, hands down.
Another device that can't beat the best music phone in the world! M9 couldn't beat it either.
