I don't get all that frustration shown over here, unless you desparately want a Galaxy S6 (and no other phone) with those functions.

All that is interesting here in that test, is that the M9 isn't that "tough" as the hype over it, heavy for nothing.

Qhd also makes difference when playing videos or watching movies , you will see the difference in resolution. Anyway that's not the point as it might be important to some. I suppose they could have included fm, but they got rid of it since S4 launched. There are plenty of great handsets released later that have fm radio, you can go for those.

Its clear a 720p 326ppi screen is all that's necessary.

I thought s6 would be the best phone so far but note 4 is the best. For something new I'll have to wait for note 5.

Also gear vr, is another reason for qhd screen. If the battery life is reported as good and excellent personally it won't matter to me.

If you don't believe me check and realize one wont even need more than 720p (3 inches = 7.5 cm). Remember eyes lose sharpness at 12cm.

AnonD-359663, 03 Apr 2015First off that was pre-release version, s6 matches S5 in gr... moreBut can't one just imagined the great battery life if the screen had stayed at 1080p given that the sharp user interface or UI, movies and games depend on the content source (UI are hd, fhd or 4K design to keep the device display from looking jagged) and most games or movies are in 720p and 1080p) and stretching is not the same.
Every review of a 1080p vs 4k shows that differences are only noticeable under microscope, so I have to ask do people use their phones under microscopes given that the human eye loses focus or sharpness of anything closer than 12cm (try it for yourself and see).
ppi is also a big contributing factor with the truth being 300ppi as the limit one could see on a screen 6 inches or less, so the 2k screen with extra ppi only waste battery life and makes the phone more expensive.

we loved the Samsung Galaxy in general because of the many features, one of them is the memory card, removable battery, 16 MB camera...... why on Samsung Galaxy S6 you removed some of those great features. I'm really not happy with this.
