Samsung is not even in race with Apple...Its time has come to face the fate of Nokia..We were expecting a gr8 phone..this is a just upgrade from s5.. Let's see how long it can survive.....Good Luck!

i think i have to stay with my note 3 forever as it seems samsung dont like to compete others and even it cant compete with my note 3 too.
and what the hell has happened to samsung that their designs become uglier and uglier every time?

Dear Samsung staff,
First congrats to all for new look,metal body & new design.I am very happy to this phone.
But battery backup is very poor in s5 even 2800mah.OK I agreed some power will save without SD card. But high resolution display will consume more power.no cam upgradation,no Sdcard,less battery than S5,no water proof and unwanted wireless charging but cost is high than S5.
Don't compare with apple,why means that resale is better than Samsung and appearance,battery,performance & apps interface is most better than the Samsung.I was using S1,S3,S4&S5 but in these phones will struck in some moment because interface is not suited between android OS & Samsung hardware.In apple there is no problem.

Im going to be honest, Ive owned every Galaxy phone except Note 4 and S5. The GS5 didnt cut it for me since I moved from S4 to Note 3, now Im using a G2 because I wanted a Wolfson DAC+good hardware and it was the better option atm. I was so eager to see the S6 because I was ready to change my phone this year with it, but here its where things get complicated. I can deal with removable battery because samsung phones have always had great battery, look at Note 4 with same battery as Note 3, yet a QHD screen and a more powerful chip, yet it has amazing battery life. Im really sure S6 with 14nm Exynos plus all the new hardware inside+plus optimization, that it will have amazing battery life. The problem comes with the sd card slot, my only complaint with the G2 its the sd, I have 32GB of internal storage and cant use my Samsung SDXC Pro on it. I know that with 64GB I will be happy but taking out the option to use one or not really its a dealbreaker, otherwise the phone would be perfect for me. I dont know what to do.

i was watching the unpacked event last night with great expectations, but this is truly not what most of us expected. It`s quite like combining iPhone 6 desing with Sony`s glass exterior. removing the micro SD card slot is obviously direct you to buy a 64/128 Gb version at extra cost, this is exactly what Apple does.
Buying a phone this year is in a favour of OS not the manufacturer.

You gotta wonder whos making the decisions at Samsung...The battery,waterproof and no card are going to be huge issues and wondering if its deliberate greed to allow sales of the S7 when they decide to fix these pre known issues....had every Galaxy but not going near this one!

Iam sure u dont know what ur are talking about... very vaery fast phone means can handle any rubbish sd card .. u cant say it cant handle an sf card because its very fast

Finally samsung is also start fraud like apple brand for memory option wise more price ,..
Normally 16 gb internal memory is ok , if anybody wants more storage they will use memory card externally this is basic things , but now they are making the people fool like apple to make more money for only internal memory,..
no memory card slot
no replaceable battery and less mah power
no IP 67 option, etc is not good
Only thing in samsung is upgrade the display quality every generation,..
In images we can see the picture its bottom side is look like a iphone , but any way if samsung will not change this spec my be some will beat it or it become a dead NOKIA style,..

One of the main reasons I stay with Samsung over the years is the removable battery.If they convert their phones to non-removable battery ones,then I will have to choose other brand...

Samsung explain, why there is no micro sd card slot. The S6 and S6 edge is too fast. It's processing power soo fast that even a powerful sd card can't handle it. That's why, they skip the sd card slot and make it available for upto 128 GB. The battery non-removal, because of making more premium look and glass back panal.
