AnonD-649787, 19 Mar 2017How bad??Most people got like 15-30 minutes extra sot compared to Marshmallow. Some got more and for some it was worse than Marshmallow.
The ui feels much better on Nougat though. It's like you just purchased a new smartphone for free.
But wait for the official ota update. Flashing nougat from other regions resulted in instability for some guys.

Anonymous, 18 Mar 2017I don't get why people keep updating their phones when plan... moreAgreed with you on this matter.
It is best to let the update to inform you that new update is available.
I had this issue because i force update and then face problems.
I had 2 S5 of different models with 16GB & 32GB storage.
The S5 32GB was notify me on update is ready.
After updating the S5 32GB and i force update on S5 16GB.
S5 16GB then start to have problems.
To resolve the problem, is to do factory reset and it is different version.
After this experience, i prefer to wait for the update notify me then update.
Each variant &or model may be different in version as 5.0 and 5.1

Every app works beyond KitKat. You don't need to upgrade if you have at least KitKat. Upgrading will always lead to problems designed to make you buy a new phone. So you can enjoy bragging to people that you have nougat at the cost of a useless phone that will overheat its way to an early grave

Anonymous, 15 Mar 2017Wait is E7420 is more powerful than E7880 used in the A5 20... moreOf course s6 exynos 7420 is way more powerful. Its gpu has 8 cores for gaming/graphics vs only 3 in the 7880 which also has less powerful 8 cpu a53 cores compared to 4 a57 and 4 a53 in the 7420.
A series have only better battery life. That's it!

Battery Not That Much & No SD card Slot, Considering Out Of Those Cons, The Pro Are More Than That. As It Has Build-In Hardware: A Great Proccessors, Ram, Software: Smart Manager, Gaming Optimizer APK Preinstalled. "It Is Still A Usable Phone". Facing Out Of Storage Especially 32GB Variant U Might Consider Trade-In For S7/Edge For More Feature. Others May Have Their Opinion But To Me Is More Than Enough To Use Smoothly And Last For A Very Long Time.

Wait is E7420 is more powerful than E7880 used in the A5 2017? Yet the speed tests shows that the S6 is faster and have a better, also S6 is pushing more pixels to the screen(2K than 1080p) thats weird, altough A5s battery is more powerful and better than the S6, so E7429 is more powerful than E7880(maybe bcuz E7880 is more power efficient than E7420)

clark312, 21 Feb 2017I may never buy Samsung again. I have done factory resets ... moreYou may have an active virus/spyware in the folders.
After reset, open each folder and check for which files you do not know about.
But the best is to clear all folders, except those files you have personally saved.
Other unknown files, delete them.
If the folder is for an app, never mind, delete it and when you install it, it will create as new.
Most of the time, reset do not mean you have completely removed virus/spyware.
Most app's folders may not be deleted properly, and somehow the virus/spyware may store it in those app's folders.
That is why you did not do a totally clean-up of your phone storage.
Reset is to remove any apps that you download and re-install the original apps that come with the phone.
It do not remove any folders and files downloaded before.
If you bought this phone from non Telco(s) then there is a possibility the seller did include some additional apps which may be the virus &or spyware.

Lison, 21 Feb 2017everytime I open a website, checking my Facebook account ... moreYou had been re-direct to a fake Facebook website.
This is common in most scammer &or hacker to give you this type of warning.
The rest of the statements is a common with fakes websites &or scammer.
There are also appear in those "Microsoft indicate that you have a fake....... do this to remove ......."
Do note that Facebook can send you a warning to your phone or email, that you had indicated before, as a secure message.
Just like Google Android.
Whenever i reset the phone and there is a need to provide google/gmail to use.
Once i gain access to gmail and download google apps.
There is a message from Google to another phone &or email to warn me that there is a new sign-in on that phone, and to confirm if it is me or not.
Lesson:
This is how official website will ensure it is you who is access to your own, say, facebook.
Official website do not ask for your particulars at that point.
If it do, then there is possible of some sort of scammer &or hacker at work.
Hope this will help you to understand how hackers &or scammers work.
Never give any personal details at that point.
The best is to close and exit, restart the phone and scan for virus &or spyware.
And then go in again, which may not have that type of statements anymore.
