Exynos is a cheap processor.
If Samsung still sell this phone in high price,
It will be the most failed flagship smartphone ever.

You hit the nail on the head where the battery capacity is concerned. It's alleged that the battery will be 2550mAh but I told myself that shouldn't be a problem f you are able to get 4 hours use on a 10 minute charge.

... moreNo idea if this is true but I don't think it will be a deal breaker regardless. Sounds like they have done a ton of work to improve efficiency. 14nm ultra low power CPU, Broadcom GPS modem that uses 80% less battery than previous, TouchWiz has been vastly improved to perform as well as stock (I'll believe that when I see it)... and much better auto brightness control etc.
If that's not enough they've got built-in wireless charging and super quick charging. So you can fully charge you phone in under an hour (says 4 hours of use on 10 min charge). As long as the battery life continues to improve over previous gens and super quick charge it shouldn't be too bad IMO. Guess time will tell but fingers crossed.

The lack of waterproofing might be a dealbreaker for me and I was waiting for the S6. A huge part of it is if you drop it in the bathroom (toilets and sinks seem to attract cell phones). My spouse corroded hers all over by doing that.
Sure, I could plunk down another, what, $90 or so on a waterproof case but I am already paying a premium to get the phone. This has a feeling of going backwards in a spec, no matter the excuse.

I've dropped my s5 on concrete screen first afew times, I beat my siblings in the head with it when their acting a fool, Ill toss it like a frisbee to my bed and i've have had it bounce off into the wall. Works great and looks as good as the day I got it.

Another problem with my S5 is smudgy screen,,Samsung need to employ a better oleophobic coating because I do not want a screen protector on,,,not in 2015.
