If anybody having problem with battery draining issues please try to update your software(official). Because for me there is no problem after marshmallow update better performance, no hanging, better battery life iam getting around 5hrs screen on time. And once in a week check for any updates if there do it without any hesitation. Because if a problem occurs after update that will be rectified with the next update. So don't try to miss it. And don't forget to factory reset after update. Like if you have updated from lollipop to marshmallow factory reset is very important.

Every thing is very good including build quality, battery timing is surprisingly good, only draw back is low volume of speakers, it should have two speakers or at least a bigger one.

Best phone that I have ever used. Iam loving it. This is actually a beast and is far far better than iphone shits. I don't understand why iphone is considered more branded in the world. Because I have used iphone 6s & i can't compare Samsung S6 with iPhone 6s. After using S6 I personally felt guilty for buying iphone 6s for 60000rs. And now I decided to buy next year flagship Samsung S8 also Just waiting for its release. Apple brand is only for building social status. Fuck off apple company and try to learn something from Samsung phones.

AnonD-257122, 10 Oct 2016This or the S6 edge plus, my main concerns are battery life... moreGo for s7 instead of buying s6 edge plus. Edge display phones doesn't last longer.

AnonD-257122, 10 Oct 2016This or the S6 edge plus, my main concerns are battery life... moreBattery life is good in s6 edge plus. But I will recommend you to buy s6 flat. Because s6 supports fast charging it can be charged 0 to 100% within 1 hr. Edge display phones are highly prone to display problems within 1yr use Because I personally had used s7 edge & s6 edge. So I will recommend you to buy only S6 even though s6 edge is more stylish.

I just got this phone and I am already loving it. The camera is amazing and so is the storage...it really makes up for the fact it doesn't have a microSD card slot.

My experience with Galaxy S6 battery drainage: When I started to use this phone I got 1,5 days of battery live with 3,5 - 4 hrs of SOT (I don't play games, just surfing, texting, calls, youtube). Updated it to 6.01. and it worked great. 2 weeks ago I noticed that my battery performance started to drop. Battery usage over night (mobile data on) went from 5% to 20%! and for no reason. No new apps installed or anything else. Then I noticed that "Android OS" started to use also more juice than before - from 6% it started using 30%! 10 days after this battery drainage started I changed my network provider and used another SIM card. Immediately after I changed my SIM battery drainage went to normal, just as it was in the beginning. I have no idea how changing the SIM returned my battery usage to normal, but it did. So I just wanted to share my experience, perhaps it can help someone.

I've been using this phone for a year now. The phone is still pretty, no scratch, not even tiny one despite of the fact that I always accidentally dropped it. Primary and front camera are great! Pictures are way too beautiful, friends always compliment it, always use my phone when we took group pictures or selfies, even in low light condition. Phone only lags several times, like once in 3 months. But after the marshmallow update, can only change font by buying it from Samsung Apps store. Battery won't last me a day but it's ok for me. I still love this phone!

I have my white Galaxy S6 for more than one year now and it's still as fast and smooth as the first day I bought it. I still get compliments for the camera quality especially in low light. The display is beautiful and bright, battery life still gets me through the day and it's a very durable phone too, because it can stand some beatings and abuse and still look good with only a couple of minimal scratches on the back and NO dents at all. Everyone I know is surprised that I still have the same phone for more than one year, normally I change phones more often. It's only because I'm VERY happy with my S6!

It is so unfortunate to be rating such a beautiful phone so low! I have had to deal with a sh*tty service provider, now I have to put up with a faulty phone too. I got my BRAND NEW Samsung S6 YESTERDAY and I'm already experiencing problems! I was advised by the service consultant a Vodacom outlet to use the phone and only charge for 8 hours it when the battery has exhausted. I charged the phone from 19:45pm when I got home and only unplugged it the next morning when I woke up. The phone battery was fully charged until around 09:07am when it started going off all by itself. I plugged it into a charger and it indicated that the battery was fully charged. I switched it on and left it for a few seconds to see any changes on the battery percentage. As I thought this was just a mistake, I removed the phone from the charger, it went off again.

As I speak, the damn thing is plugged into a charger and I can't take it anywhere with me.

Kindly advise what kind of "SMARTPHONES" you people are producing!!! I'm not paying for this sh*t!!!

If you are concerned about the fact that the Galaxy S6 has no expandable memory....get the 64gb version instead of the 32gb version...if you need moire than that on a .....PHONE....then you should consider a hobby,to divert your interests to.....
