After the latest new updates for India mobiles free ram is always less than 800 mb

tumama, 19 Apr 2016i have the international version no marshmallow yet does an... morethe update is aready available but certain networks are not handing out the update as they should as it is a samsung product but heres a way to get it take your sim card out and turn ur phone on go update 9 /10 the update forces on im with 02 and it worked for me how ever someone i know is on EE and it didnt because they locked it out till they wana release it??? but try what i said let me know if it works

Tis is the worst product I have acquired in years. Worked fine for a few days till the fingerprint reader died. Backup password also failed. Samsung consulted via phone and had me wipe all of my information (hours of work and a trip to ATT to transfer phone contacts.) The reboot fails to accept my email account. Samsung sent me to BestBuy to do a scrub and supposedly reinstall the email. Two guys played with it for over an hour and said that "It might take an hour or so for the email to come up" Went to ATT to transfer the phone #'s. ATTmanager tried to install Email but says that phone is defective and should be returned. For the few days it did work the battery only lasted a few hours. (My excellent Sonim lasts a week) It kept changing my settings. It has an awesome screen and camera and is an elegant design. So now I have a pricy alarm clock. Consumer Reports says don't buy this phone; I agree.

Enable power saving and switch off bluetooth,etc if no need to use that woudl save battery until 2-3 days it work for me prefect. Reduce display brightness to wee lower that would save a lots.. If you set bright that make battery eat a lots

OK I just got my s6 three days ago and I must say it has a very good performance and display. However the battery hardly last me 12 hours of normal usage. I find this annoying as I just switched from an Xperia Z3 which lasts me 2 days on normal usage. Is there anyway to maximise the battery life?
Also I noticed that there is a blue or purple spot on pictures taken with the selfie camera, is this normal? Because I find it annoying

This has got to be the worst Samsung phone I've ever had. No removable sd card was a horrible Idea, and after only a month of use the screen blacked out. Thanks Samsung!

I m using samsung galaxy s6 from last 3 months. and i am very satisfied with its performance but from today morning i am unable to fast charge the device, do any one faced the same problem and is there any solution for this.

The overall performance is quite satisfactory, but the major problem is with Battary Back up
At least if the battaery is 3000 mAH then the combination will be great.
Flash can be introduced to Front Camera.

The battery is disappointing. I need to charge it 3 times a day, and all I do is check social media for 10 minutes different times throughout the day. The specs are considered great, yet the performance is just so lacking. There is still no cohesion between software and hardware, so lag is sometimes unbearable. I have an At&t variant cause not everyone can afford off contract phones, and to this day, I do not have Marshmallow. I do not believe that Marshmallow will offer significant improvements, but I have to see. I used to really enjoy the camera on this phone, but after a while focusing became terrible and blue-purple streaks appear is low-lighting situations on my front camera. I am thinking of saving up for the G4 with a custom ROM of stock android because it really would have been a great 2015 flagship if the software was on point. But beware, battery is awful with the S6. Every pone 2K and beyond should have at the very least 3000 mAh, and Samsung decided to go thinner than more efficient for this phone.
