AnonD-519016, 26 Mar 2016Stylish!...but the design brings compromise, the one thing ... moreThe S6 is a super Korea phone, it is not a cheap China phone. Although people don't like the touch-wiz, it is better than any China phones.

Stylish!...but the design brings compromise, the one thing that lets this phone down is the glass finish although it looks good it attracts fingerprints more then the fingerprint scanner and thats built in with purpose.
The camera is a bit improved from the galaxy S5 but nothing more then just a wider aperture and OIS.
The battery life is apalling in simple words if you use this phone all day youll need to charge it at least twice which does not take long but it is still longer then swapping out a battery..
When it comes to storage the galaxy s6 has a fair amount starting at 32gb while it sounds like a lot a few films 4k recordings some games and music will make you need to consider the 64gb alternative which will also cost a fair bit more.
The galaxy S6 has awesome hardware so its not all bad but in practicality do you need 3gb of ram and a top end chip or something that can run all your general everyday needs.
Over all the Galaxy S6 is a stunning phone to look at but there are other smartphones at half the price that will do you more for your buck.

AnonD-518519, 25 Mar 2016This makes no sense, WiFi and 4G uses less battery than 2G ... moreOf course Wi-Fi uses less battery than all cellular network s. When I said 2g/3g, it was about cellular network. 4g consumes the most battery!

I am facing a big problem with s6 after the marchemelo software update as battery consumption is very very high almost 8 hours of usage and standby.
Any one can support or recommending solutions?

I hold both Samsung S6 & S6 EDGE PLUS, in the last 3 months.
my recommendation: 6 EDGE+ is faster (RAM 4GB), battery is more efficient and longer.
If you like large screen 5.7" with light (150 g. approx) and thin smartphone, so is of course, to enjoy S6 edge +

                      thanks.

With 4G and Wifi all the time, it won't last 1 day. With 2G/3G, 1 day is possible. If you use very little brightness like 5%, 2 days are possible!

I'm not sure about the galaxy s6. I don't want a phone that the battery isn't going to last all day. I do outdoor work don't want a phone that's going to die all the time. I don't want a phone that the ram is all f***ed up and using way to much just to run the phone and that's not even talking about all the useless apps on this phone.

My question I'd like to ask all users. What's up with this phone? I get the camera OK very good and the pixels yep it's nice to look at when your looks at pictured or videos.. very nice but really that's all it has going for it.

So with all this said, I want a galaxy phone that doesn't over heat, that the battery will last more the 8 hours. That doesn't use ram stupidly and isn't filled with useless apps.

If you have to pick between galaxy s6 or galaxy A5 what is really the better phone?

Both phones ... moreI suspect that are accidentally hitting the "volume down" key on the left side of the phone when using your left hand. The key is very sensitive to touch so be careful how you hold the phone in your hand.

How about the battery backup? Does it have a good battery backup? I know it depends on the usage...but if 4G/WiFi is on whole day with normal usage, can it last the complete day?
