Got Samsung galaxy S6 Edge plus today and I should tell it is the best ever smart phone I have ever used in my life. Specially the curved screen is mind blowing. :D And u guys don't doubt to buy this phone. Battery life is pretty good as well but not the best. And the both cameras are really good. Loving this phone so much. :) I highly recommend this.

So they've invented the curved screen and what do they do with it? Put pretty colours along the edge and notifications!
We now have huge phones with huge screens. Why not design a folding phone using the curved screen that would have no bezel and hence no blank gap in the middle and half the dimensions of the ridiculous phones we have now????!

just bought the 6edge+ tried most off apps I have for my tab 3 and cant get them to work right, mostly my tomtom so far not too impressed, just a bit disappointed for so much money.

bought this device on the 13th of october. great device. amazing display, amazing camera, amazing audio quality, amazing looks,

I got a gift Samsung Glaxy S6 Edge and found it very impressive, specially the sound incoming and outgoing voice very clear. Other features also very easy to handle. I recommend it for new generation , they will find everything in it.

I'd been a hardcore android user for many years and have played around with a whole range of HTCs, Xperias, Samsungs, etc. I switched to IPhone 6+ last year and was the only phone I had held on to for more than a year.
I got an Edge plus as a gift about 2 weeks ago. My initial reaction was to sell it off but thought I might as well go back to android and give this device a try. I must say I am impressed.
I have 4G / LTE on at least from 8am till 6:30 in the evening, exchange / gmail / Hotmail on sync - I browse, use youtube, play high graphic intensive games - battery lasts a good 10 to 12 hours on average. I've set power saving mode to kick in when the battery hits close to 40 %. The display brightness is kept at a minimal level. The Bluetooth is on sync with the car audio system.
The edge functionality is rather limited and have not made much use of it as now. The device is much lighter than the 6 plus and quite comfy to hold in one hand. I primarily use the edge functionality for favorite apps and people.
The camera is fantastic in both daylight and low light conditions. The sound quality is pretty good.
I've had a few one-off incidents with the device os (touchwiz) getting stuck a few times. Then again the guys at Apple are yet to kick out all of the bugs of their OS 9.0. I've been part of the apple developer program for a while - the beta versions instead of improving stuff often makes things worse.
I love technology. There is a probability I may go to iPhone 7 when it releases next year but in the meanwhile, I have to admit Samsung have built a brilliant device and I would give the edge+ a rating of at least 8/10.
it loses one point for lack of water resistance and lack of micro sd slot. I would strongly recommend buying the 64 GB version. With around 2500 photos, 20 games, emails, I still have 36GB on hand.
While I am no expert in reviews, hope this review helps a tiny bit

I will receive s6 edge+ as a gift tom. I wonder if this phone is really great. but I dont care about the specs. of phone as long as I have a phone for communication im ok w/ it. :)

It's great....unmatchable screen clarity and design...nice to hold....however no significant use of the edge screen...just trivial features.

This S6 Edge is a fantastic camera. Fantastic!!!
As for the rest of its functionality - OMG I want to throw it so bad!
SVoice - never worked. Auto lock, never worked. constant issues - and now... headphones no longer work - none do. |
Battery life - 5 hours tops!
The phone is only 3 months old and it's constantly broken - and unlike Apple, Samsung don't give a toss and provide F&$# all service.
No wonder Samsungs CEO's wife uses an iPhone!! What a piece of crap. Walkman = Fail. Phone = Fail. Camera - well they had to get something right I guess

After 4 weeks of use I got a first problem : 2/3 time a day its shut down and yesterday I got message that phone is owner heated and will shutdown.
I went to service sender and surprise 4/5 weeks and not sure that is on guarantee.
I didn't play the games , just emails and phone calls.
I have LG G4 and iPhone 6 and now problem and I don't understand that new phone is already broken.
Just shame
