I am using iphones for the last 2 years recently i switched from iphone 5s to iphone6, at the beginning iphone 6 was doing pretty good but with the time it started to hang(the reason why i had to switch from android to ios) and day by day app limitatons are increasing like upload volume in whatsapp, downloading issues and many others but still i was loving it because of consistent performance but i now i am having that problem of performance so now i have decided to switch back to android i have checked HTC M9 didnt attracted me but found s6 edge something new and appealing by its build So just wanna have some opinions from this phone users if u recommend it or not and also which one is better s6 edge or simple s6. Thanks

More ram usage doesn't mean more battery usage.

Just 2 days with Sami galaxy s6 edge !
Amazing piece of Art and high tech , everything is easy in this smartest phone easy conectivity with NFC , easy wireless charging and the most easy settings you can ever find and good charging features . Some still may say iphony6 is better I would say to those there are some possibilities 1st they haven't reach s6 edge in their hands!! 2nd maybe S6 is way more smarter than you to work with...!!

Ram usuage more than required, has ruined my dreams of 3gb ram, what's use when 80% is already used.My humble suggestions switch over to any Chinese Brands, they are just same maybe better N Specs and quality

Hurrah data toggle is back due to the samsung app QuickPanel Restore.
Thanks to everyone for mentioning this you're all stars.
Just need to sort out the enhanced features issue but I beleive Samsung are on it.

I am happy without Micro SD. Backup (every necessary thing) weekly to the Computer through Smart Switch and sometimes using OTG for my old SD card and also have cloud storages on One Drive, Google Drive and Drop Box etc. No regret, if need to reset so many times.

Just got the Emerald Green s6 edge (32gb) last night. First of all, it is GORGEOUS. Second, it is blazing fast. Third, the camera is exceptional. Will need more time to test other things like battery life, how it deals with the first drop (which will happen) and how the performance deteriorates with time.
The main issue I had with the s6 when it first came out was the price. I don't think they should have priced at / above iphone 6/ 6 plus. But recently, as all can see, they have started to bring the pricing down. And there is strong demand at the slightly lower price point (myself as one example). With a US$30+ a month 2 year contract, they basically gave the phone to me for free, which is a sweet deal.
The wireless charger is definitely worth getting. Huge difference just putting your phone on the thing, rather than searching on the floor for the cables. The clear cover is also excellent - protects the phone while still showing off the beautiful colors.
Finally, Samsung throws in more app freebies than any other manufacturer. Economist 6 months, Audible 3 months and many more - I find them useful and worth hundreds of dollars.

blah, 24 Jun 2015Do the edges mess with reading or scrolling or anything? Al... moreThe edges don't mess reading or scrolling, they even bring an "advertising panel" effect (like the ones in streets). In the worst case scenario, you can still unzoom like any phone.
For the camera, samsung official cases flatten the back so camera is protected as long as the surface is flat too.
About bumps, the phone is still made of glass and expensive, so if you are too clumsy, forget about both S6.
