this is one of the worst phones,when it comes to battery life
I thought Samsung will do better after the s5 NOT.......

Mine is the S6 edge 64GB version.
Have checked and it is not re-conditioned is authentic and no I have not rooted dont know how.
If you look online this seems to be an issue with many devices.

Handset looks great but its getting over heat while app downloading/updating even idle stage and battery performance very bad its fast draining.
no use of compliant in customer service.
I am very very much disappointed with this.

Nick, 12 Jun 2015Had one for about a week, then sold it... It may be the bes... moreDon't over charge it. Overnight is too much, mine is fast charged after 1 hour 30 mn, and lasts 2 days if i don't use it much. Disable auto synchro of accounts, GPS location, and always seaching wifi.
Really good phone.

Had one for about a week, then sold it... It may be the best looking device out there, but the battery life is really disapointing. Charged it the whole night, and every day at about 3pm, only 30 to 35 percent remained. And that was after I deactivated the edge screen functions and most data consuming apps. What a disapointment...

And you are the first one to mention this here on GSMA since retail availability. So i suspect you rooted your device or installed some bloatware yourself (willingly or not) or you don't even own an original S6.

No the enhanced features are a Samsung app. I have looked online and this is an issue for many people on the S6 & edge only. Apparently Samsung are working on a fix so this can be disabled. NOT IMPRESSED SAMSUNG WHY DOES THIS APP WANT COMPLETE ACCESS.

Only 3 cons
1.Battery life
2.Gets extremely heated up when charging
and when playing games.
3.Less edge features
Best smart phone..best camera.

I have my first issue with this phone.
I keep getting a pop up for ENHANCED FEATURES which wants access to everything.
I decline this but it keeps popping up 3-4 times a day.
In apps found enhanced featured but it can't be uninstalled only stopped which doesn't work the next day it's back.
This apparently is a massive samsung issue on the S6 only.
I will not give complete access to anyone.
Samsung pull your fingers out and get this fixed.
How many others are getting this issue?
