What if you get faulty product. Unboxing is compulsory to be done at the store or the warranty is void. At least that what they tell me.

why is Samsung hesitant in upgrading their battery capacity.its a Mobile fone therefore we need a very strong battery.Samsung hv all I wnt bt am so disappointed with d battery capacity.
i think they shld learn frm Motorola.
cos a smartphone like s6 or note 4 with such a battery capacity is very poor.Motorola droid maxx even hv 3300mAh Samsung giant s6 is nt evn upto 3000mAh.poooooooooor u Samsung.

I think it's very normal - any one one ,now today how to set up smartphone.
Samy is very friendly user phone .

Here is my advice: when you are buying Samsung galaxy flagship at a store, the seller who is responsible of helping you should unbox S6 in front of you. He/she should take out the phone, peel off the protective screen layer, and check the phone for you to see if there is scratch. Then, the seller should teach you how to set up and teach you how to use this phone. This way, you can make sure if the phone you are buying is OK for use or defective. The seller should also check for you if everything, including the warranty, is inside the box--by which you could tell if the phone is a fake one or not.

Great phone, I have the 64 Go so i don't miss the memory card. Fast, super camera, good speaker too. I disabled all the bloatware and now it seems like the battery can last forever when on standby. With heavy usage it will last a day. Having an antivirus included is nice too. No regret buying it.

kali, 05 Jun 2015is this phone water proof?it is not officially water proof but it is certainly water resistance, but not recommend too much water, I have dropped mine in to the sink of water nothing happened, I didn't had to dry it.

One thing S6 Edge offers is performance, there is absolutely no hesitation when it comes to performance, no freezing, no lag, no nothing but sheer power and sheer speed that I never experience in my life in any phones, and believe me I had a wide ranges of high ends phone, and that is what I do, high end in the market.
I had apple, sony, nokia, LG, Motorola, and believe me among all of the I hated apple only.
Edge is my new phone, and new discovery and I don't think for good couple of years I would even consider changing it with anything.
absolutely love this phone.
so please go and throw your lies and crap somewhere else, you never even own this phone, you freezing comment made me laugh to my stomach.!

Price is high, I use galaxy series since S4, for the most of application the phone get slow. I though S6 fixed all the previous issues, but it is not. Pointless to buy this for the high price.

I was always an Apple user and in between my Apple phones i was using some Samsung phones and never had problem with either one of them.
I got the Edge a week ago and i can say that is absolutely amazing. Battery is more than enough lasts more than a day to me. Brilliant display excellent build quality the design is fantastic and the camera is AMAZING!
Worth every penny. A+ Samsung THANK YOU :D
