Why we don t have the option never update when that anyoying software update apair on screen ?

X Compact is better alternative bcuz it's newer than S6, but raises little bit your budget and try to get S7 / S7 edge. While S6 isn't bad either, just good luck with Nougat on S6, or even Oreo update.

is it still worth it getting s6 edge in 2017/2018
im a long term user btw about 2/3 years
i like compact phone
at first my target was SE but lastest news makes me think over its not good for long term user
and my new target was Z5 compact or X compact but...Sony after sale in my country is very poor not user friendly at all
and this phone is my new target beside 5.1 is not compact at all but this phone is on par with all that device on up there
and beside im samsung user before and the after sale is good in my country

my s6 edge fast charging stopped working, changed the charger and the cable to a new adaptive samsung fast charger, still had the same issue. Pls who can help.

Anonymous, 23 Nov 2017Your screen brightness is very high. Drains quicker.I keep it half brightness if i use battery saving mode i can last at least 4 hours of screen on time with moderates use without games. games drained 25 % more battery.
