Samsung 6 edge is a bad product. Samsung is an irresponsible company. They charge so much for their phone yet they don't help you recover the data once it is damaged. They don't want to even know about you when you have a problem with their product.
I have had on going problem with the edge screen. often it stops a lot of apps working properly. it causes mistakes with typing when unintended. I also had problems with google maps on the Samsung 6 edge. Often, it is hard to have the direction correct and even the position and often i got lost because google maps got lost. is it the android software or is it the phone? either way, the whole product combined were not working properly.
We are not talking about a cheap product. it is quite expensive and it is a less than a mediocre product. I will make sure I advise anyone who wants a smart phone to avoid the Samsung product. it is terrible in quality and not worth the money and headache.
I lost all my valuable data for the third time this year because the samsun backup never worked and when I connected my phone to upload the pics onto my macbook it wouldn't work and many times I tried to do backup that never worked to the point now that I lost all this data and SAmsung don't want to help.

My s6 phone was hanged not opening i dont what happens i want to restart .while charging light on after 4 hr charge even phone is not re start its 1.5 year old

I just bought the Sm 925 i s 6 edge and unfortunately I just read the reviews and discovered there are some issues about this phone depending on bandwidth and the region the phone is being used in. I`m from the West Indies, will that series phone work well in this region?

My S6 Edge 64 GB is fabulous in every aspect, except for its awful battery...Have to charge it twice a day, but fortunately with fast charging it is ok

When I first got this phone I loved it, but that love has now turned to hate. To start with the microphone went. Then after 3 months of owning the phone, we went to bed as usual left the phone downstairs on its own no animals or objects to fall on it. Woke up the next morning picked up the phone and a crack had appeared and the screen didn't work, it hadn't been left on charge and was still in the same place I left it. I'd love to say Samsung have been helpful but after 2 weeks of contacting them sending the phone to be "inspected", the only answer I get is "it was caused by an impact" when the fact is it wasn't. They also are trying to say I caused a high power surge in the phone in this imaginary impact. Yet when I spoke to my network provider they say the crack in the screen was most likely caused by the power surge. Which makes sense to everyone but Samsung. After speaking to Samsung numerous times and being left on hold while they all went home knowing no one would answer. All they can do is call me a liar. Which I really am offended at. I will never purchase another Samsung product.

Ever since I updated my samsung galaxy s6 edge the phone has been acting bad.
1. it goes off intermittently
2. restarts
3. battery runs down very fast

I put my phone in fast mode charge and take the charge but it is still frozen in for example 30%

I dont play games at all on my smartphone neither i install too many games,Mostly i would be using FB,Twitter and Youtube.

AnonD-179696, 09 Nov 2016Lots of people complaining about battery issues of s6 e... moreu noob!! smartphones are not meant to be saving battery life ....instead they are meant to be used for long time.....i am using s6 edge and that doesnt stand whole day with my standard of usage......thats not about people dont know how to save battery and i.e. u dont know how to use a smart phone....phone processor is octa core which is not meant to be left unused by keeping the phone in power saving mode and its 3 gb ram which is meant not be used completely to save the battery life
