mihira, 22 Sep 2016same here .. reset ur phone .. Even tried it....finger print option was worked fine for few mins after installing the apps back iam facing the same issue....

I am using this phone from july.but it is not up to my expectation.The most serious issue is its heat.really it ressembles iron box,especialy while charging.If i saw one film it heats like anything.yesterday the back camera glass was broken due to heat in front of my eyes..here they are not ready to return back as am in soudi arabia..pls giv a suggestion..

After September software update my fingerprint sensor is working terrible....most of the time only PIN option is available instead of fingerprint option to unlock the screen...some on help me to fix this issue

been using this phone for several months now and I am not really that satisfied. Especially with the newest software update (sept 2016), it has gone from bad to worse. Screen not responsive, especially when typing. Back button not responsive. Tried wiping the screen but nothing good happens. Such a disappointment.

I bought this phone one month back... the phone is excellent in all features.. extra ordinary ..actually i was searching for a phone with like this all featured one... finally i got this phone.. i am using Jio sim now.. recently for two weeks i found a serious issue in this phone while use net.
That is its getting so heat when watching more than 5, 10 min. My hands fingers all are getting burned
( literally to say ) this is the only issue. Any solution to this issue..

hi guys,
using this great phone from last 8 month, its super dooper fast, awsome performance, speaker is so loud,
only one thing which i face with old firmware and new 6.0.1 that sometime on 4G data when someone call me i got message instead of call and peoples said that my mobile was off.
i think its network signal problem, but i have update my Firmware many time but its remain same.
does someone have any idea about it. ? please reply. thanks

I am using it since almost 10 months. It works smoothly and have no complaints. Fast charging is just awesome. Moreover the phone looks classy. It is thin,light and feels premium. Go for it. The dual edges are just incredible. Plus the performance never lag you behing. If you are looking for it then go for it.
