u must install step by step that 5.0 and then 5.1 and then 6.0
or u may download 6.0.1 from sammobile after they updated in their database,then u can port with odin

The worst phone I've ever had in my life and I want it to a contest with six months of free service and that's the only reason I'm still using it close to 6 months and up yet but soon as it is I am so getting rid of this phone I hate this phone my dead grandmother is faster than this phone. The worst phone I've ever had in my life. No more Galaxy products for me are Samsung either

Friend,
I have taken this phone only 1 week back and till now observed that it's best phone in this class, there are few negative remarks which may b from rival companies so avoid this....
* Today faced 1 minor issue , my screen got dead and i was thinking that my phone is dead now but when i googled i found that it's mode which is accidentally selected by me and by hardbooting it's resolved now,,,,so no worries now :)
Secondly i want to know from other user's in india that I am getting frequent reminder to upgrade 5.1.1 , so is it worthy to upgrade means i am worried about performance and data lost post upgradation.
Please suggest sud i upgrade or not?

The s6 edge is a excellent phone but what i really dont is the bad update service from samsung theire market depenting update strategie is a desaster here in nordic region people are just waiting for the marshmellow update we last in line my z5 premium allrady runs on 6.0 since over a week and they ifen didnt send you any mail when the update arrive
