The default image mode is set to having vivid colors because it is aimed for general people who only want nothing but clear, great, vivid shots who don't want to fiddle with the settings to achieve them. S7's camera hardware is superior to that of Sony Xperia XZ. The only smartphone camera that can rival it is the iPhone 7 camera.

Both the rear and selfie cameras take great pictures even in low light. And there are a plenty of camera modes, filters and scenes to apply.

Gigi, 14 Feb 2017Best phone??? Maybe thats why they still didn't give out No... moreHad a Z5 and sold it. Ran too hot and was difficult to hold due to its thermal heating problems. Bad low light photography, Bad battery life and low speaker volume was a deal breaker for me.
Bought the S7 and its flawless, nothing comes close. great battery life, great low light photography, great volume.
