I wanna buy new flagship phone. ..anybody help me is the S7 worth the buy and upgrade to nougat, just want to upgrade from my J7 (2015) variant.Also wanna know the gaming performance, battery life...please anyone? ?Just upgraded my J7 2015 to Marshmallow and it sucks...very sluggish. ..money is not a problem so am ready for the s7 but just wanna know more about the phone. .

It has the best display, but the browsing speed is very inconsistent, no matter which browser I'm using? - often several seconds slower than my Z5 Premium, based on several days of side by side testing!

Edge screen cracks easily, has terribly oversaturated screens, lags after few months with even 10 gigs of ram and most of all. A Samsung

Jenkins, 16 Jan 2017The s7 is an overrated phone, its an S6 with sd card suppor... moreS7 is a huge improvement over S6....faster CPU, more Ram, bigger battery, better battery life, IP68 certified, micro sd card support, better/faster camera with EIS & OIS, 4K video, down to 12mp camera from 16mp, Qualcomm fast charging, always on display, smaller camera sensor bump.
Sony Z5 and Z3+ overheat from Snapdragon 810 cpu. System will shut down during high end video recording, terrible battery life, low volume/ring tone, Obsolute LCD screen with low resolution, only 3gig Ram, self cracking screen design fault on front & back, bad low light photography, bad flash, no VR support, buggy excessive bloatware.
Not a fair comparasion between Z5 and S7.....S7 is far superior as its a newer/better model.

Anonymous, 17 Jan 2017A3 2017 has 16mpx camera and 1/2 this price.pixel count doesn't matter nor does it rule the pricing, for the tiny sensor size of mobiles I still think double figure pixel count is too much.
I've used cameras with all different sensor sized from the tiny ones in mobiles to full frame dslr , pixel count is only half the story, ability to resolve the detail is more important

AnonD-633176, 17 Jan 2017Further testing, against The Z5 Premium, at opening web... moreI prefer the Ips screen when it comes to colour rendition but I always set my amoled to the most neutral setting they have, sometimes overly vivid colours aren't what's needed.
I like the fact my s7 has the option to change the colour mode though :-)

The Z5 which im using has a really good rear camera, amazing headphone quality with Hi Res audio and is made from metal which is far more durable than the Galaxy. Sony had glass before and changed to metal because of this problem. Back them Samsung was plastic.
