Great phone, but serious bloatware issues. It is very annoying that i get notifications several times a day about samsung pay, installing samsung apps, etc. I will switch to iPhone next because of this. Very bothersome.

I think the Samsung S7 is an excellent phone but Samsung customer service is exceptionally poor and is failing tragically. My water resistant phone recently had moisture damage and it went to Samsung repair centers 4 different times and they refused to fix or replace it even though it was under warranty. I was told via email several times that they would fix it but they did not. Every time I called them I was put on hold for 15 mins at a cost of 5 euro a call before getting a member of staff who came across as not knowing what they were doing. They are diabolically slow and incompetent with there customer service and my experience with them will never ever make me buy any Samsung product ever again. If you want customer service, buy a different brand.

I can't believe I've spent so much time trying to make it works. I used to have a lot of Samsung devices starting from S2. It's the last one. Simple things like synchronising contacts and calendar, even after hours of reading different forums, do not work. Can you imagine there is an app to solve the problem but the Samsung support team don't say anything. Do not waste your time with this device!

Glass body is a nightmare
No matter what you say about it Glass is fragile and so SONY and APPLE ditched glass body for durability.......
NO USB typeCast means NO match for 2017 2018 and so on
The age of stereo speakers..S7 and s7 edge is pity poor mono sound like China phones with horrifying sounds....
Display tech is worse..with Organic Materials with very shortw life span.....
Moreover..Active matrix OLED has plastic thin flim and switch ON and OFF every time you use the phone and touch sense orientation is also need to cpu and ram eating

So s7 and s7 edge are not for 2017 and future
