One of the best phone from Samsung..performance,screen resolution,camera,comfortable,design,battery all 100/100..suggesting for those who likes simple and the best phone.

When the X had the screen smashed OnePlus sent me to a company in Ontario to fix the screen, and they were awesome. Had it back in 3days (1 to send and 1 to return via FedEX) Cost me $110CAD.FutureTel, a OnePlus Authorized Service Centre.
The phones are Excellent but not common, so you cant get service from the guy in the mall. This is part of ownership, like owing a French car or Italian tractor, or a Tesla Sedan. If you are not Tech Savey, don't buy a OnePlus.

I'm surprised that the screen is fragile, have you seen the drop, scratch and hammer tests? Looks quite tough. Also depends on how it landed, surface it landed on and the height it fell from.

The most fragile screen ever used in a phone yet, don't buy it, the screen is super fragile and so easily breakable and scratch-able you would be throwing your money away by buying this phone or S7 edge

Switched up from an old S5. Battery life is comparable, display seems about the same. The camera is much quicker to capture images on the plus side. The negatives are that the phone is difficult to hold securely without touching the screen, and that it is definitely far more fragile than my S5 was - I used the old phone for over 2 years and never got a chip in the screen from a drop, but the 7 developed spiderweb breaks the first time it even touched the ground. Not worth a paid upgrade.

I got the phone 3 days ago and i like it very much, it doesn't go lesser then 5h of screen on time, the second day it went for 7h 30min. Everything about it is nice, i love it.

I bought it for 370$, second hand sprint unlock. Never experienced any problem at all,as smooth as you like.But it get scratch so easily
