They never c... moreIf your phone came with the adaptive fast charge wall charger, buy a new one that is not fast charge. the fast charger charges the phone too fast and makes the battery drain faster. get a 1.8amp charger I think it is. don't use the fast charger anymore.

no way im ever buying another Samsung product? They never care about customers. My phone already heats up like crazy. Battery runs out very fast and the ui is absolutely useless

hi guys i have a s7 flat not curved i noticed recently the phone started over heating while charging and also when playing music or videos it plays for 2min and then it says there is an error playing media file is the s7 heading in the direction off the note 7?

This is the worst phone of my life...many problems with sim card and cancelled many pictures and all the songs and many times go blocked for 10 minutes without any reason....

Sam, 20 Oct 2016It is astonishing that the its 2years old brother s5 is bet... moreBought our Mum an S5 and added a wireless charging back because the USB 3.0 port is fiddly. Although the S5 is more than capable, there is quite simple no way you can say the S7 is not that much different. I have just bought an S7 (none Edge) and it's way way faster, the screen is brighter, the design is more compact and nicer in the hand, it has built in wireless charging, a regular USB port (USB-C would have been nice, but it was too early), it has a fast fingerprint scanner and the camera blows all other phone cameras out of the water when it comes to auto focus and low light. S5 is good, but not to 2016 standards.
