Lags and Overheats alot with just using FB App then crashes!!! It even gets hotter when charging.... Really scary considering alot of these S7 series are either burning or exploding recently, I think I'll return and replace this phone with the upcoming XZ.

.The S7 is too fragile and unreliable regarding its software.
The S7 is too fragile regardings its software. For example, in the 4 months I've owned this phone, the Google application has failed and he camera also frozed and failed. The phone had to be replaced under warranty. They replaced it with a refurbished version which is now also failing. The camera is freezing and the contacts application is very sensitive to touch causing misdialing. Don't buy it unless you do with an expensive extended warranty.

Phone was updated and now it won't charge. Have had it plugged in for 15 hours. Went to bed last night after finally thinking it was charging -- 8% after fiddling with it all day yesterday -- now it is back at 0% and won't turn on. What the heck do I do now?

Sony brand in tv may be better but in mobile case price is high but nothing is there only heat heat heat heat heat heat nothing else.....

Samsung is always best. I try to test sony and purchaseed z5 dual and still use it and now my opinion sony is worst and Samsung is best in all ground
