I'm from INDIA and here reliance jio has spoilt the whole carrier network system, there are cross connections, sometimes one side can hear me but I can't hear them and vice versa, sometimes calls get disconnected without even connecting... But these problems are with every phone out there and not isolated to S7... And whenever such things happen I just disconnect the call and try again... I don't need to restart the phone... Anyways, the best you can do is to get your phone checked at the samsung service centre, ask them if it is original or not, as we cannot physically see your phone it is difficult to determine anything... All the best

Try other manufacturers bro, move away from the tier 1 manufacturers... Oneplus, pixel, huawei are very competitive with updates... Try oneplus they have very good hardware and competitive price...

Shhzd amar, 11 Apr 2018Means the andriod oreo coming this month is not so sure...Indeed. With Samsung, it's an infinite wait to get latest updates, especially major updates. The S7 has only gotten one major update and that was Nougat 7.0. It's definitely cause of huge portfolio, heavy Samsung UI and lack of commitment, despite having enough resources. I've had enough of Android and my experience with most other manufacturers have been bitter so once my S7 dies, I'll switch over to iOS. At least, Apple is quick to patch security exploits and provide long term software support.

I have the canadian version G930W8, I bought it from a friend of mine (used before) it's on 6.0.1 marshmellow, when I try to update it manually it show me this message "The latest updates have already been installed"
