Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge online. Its come frome Hong Kong. I havent been able to receive calls or make calls. The chip has not been activated o/s. So hence I am trying to return the phone + get a refund. But I will lose 30% by doing so. Android Enjoyed has been very slow in giving us their address for me to mail it back. So I have a useless 657.00 phone just sitting here. I should have purchased in Australia.

Recently I bought the phone but I have a problem with it specifically with application "Phone":Often it freezes when I finish the conversation(When I press the red button to end the conversation and then the back key to return to Homescreen.The same time notification bar became green). I've tried with clear data in application "Contacts" and clear cache partition but nothing,problem is still here.Does anyone have a similar problem and how to solve it? Thanks in advance.Greetings from Macedonia.

Here is what I like about the s7 edge: screen is awesome; battery is incredible.
Here is what I don't like: speaker phone is LOUSY - cannot use it; it is way too easy to switch to multiwindow mode by mistake, and the only way to get rid of it is to install a third party app to disable it; very sensitive - often pocket dials, or opens things by mistake.

why cant the s7edge video call I mean what is the point then ,giving us that option but it doesn't work!!!!!!!!! why do we have to download apps that others don't have just to video call them ,iv asked about this but google says its not compatible for s7 or s7edge,someone tell me why please an is there a solution besides having to download other apps

Mine upgraded to 7.0 but security updated to Feb 17 and stuck their, till today, where N5 S6edge have updated to April 17. Do everybody else have it like mine! A word about S8 nothing but selfie upgraded, even smaller than S7 Edge in dimensions. Just forget to invest 800$ again for a show piece shot. Just Compare in both get yourself the edge. Nothing but physiological edge.

why is that, after the update to nougat version, my phone's battery (s7edge gold exynos 32gb ) drops down so fast, and begins to have heating problem, can anyone help me with this? please!

hi everyone
got this Samsung galaxy s7 edge giving me grief been to technical twice but come back with the same problem....when i update Apps it asks me "Enter password instead of finger print" yet i never created any password..what could be the problem or what password do I enter?

try doing one thing.. let ur fone discharge completely to 0 % and let it turn off itself... then charge yo 100% with fone off.. let it charge 5 to 10 minz extra after 100%... now check its battery life!
