    Ozik, 20 Mar 2017The best smartphone ever!Don't believe the hype. A flagship should not lag out of the box once you do a fresh setup. The responsiveness to touch is a tad slower and can be seen by simply scrolling up and down on the web. There is always a stutter when the keyboard slides up or when you slide to Briefings.

    I will just keep the phone for rainy season or when I go swimming at the beach. Most of the S7 edge features are overrated af. Never again with Samsung until they fix their skin which may never happen. Smooth, fluid software experience is important. S7 edge and Note7 were still plagued with heat and micro-lag. Gear VR is quite a novelty.

    Doesn't feel fluid and responsive enough like a Pixel. LG's skin was terrible but it got smoothed out and almost on par with HTC Sense. My G5 and Pixel can almost anticipate my next touch. My S7 edge can't or even respond instantly. Samsung still is way behind with software.

    Like sex, no protection for my S7 edge while my G5 and Pixel hide smudges better and already had a screen protection installed. Did get the S7e for only $130. Will trade-in eventually. I give it a B+ in hardware although I hate glass sandwiches and gimmicky curved displays. But a C- for software.

    I personally like my Moto E 4G more than my S7 edge. Not always about design but what how practical and reliable it should perform for its price.

It's because the S7 edge comes with alots of issues lately...but still S6 edge plus doesn't give problems at all like the S7 edge... Don't trust me.. Search on YouTube or Google it for S7 edge issues and you'll see.... I'm buying a S6 edge plus instead of S7 edge because i don't have any useless money to waste for a mobile that casuing so much trouble using....S6 edge plus may be order but... IT'S STILL A BEAST!! THE BEST!

I got a G5, Pixel, and S7 edge within 31 days with the G5 and S7e on super cheap discounts or trade-in promo. S7e lags. G5 and Pixel do not. Pixel is probably my favorite to use for its size and fluid UI.

          I have customized the S7e using Nova Prime with 0.5x animation. It still lags a bit. The keyboard lags. When I factory reset it after the Nougat update, it lagged. I was thinking the free Gear VR it came with would make me keep this phone longer but nope. Gear VR is awful.

          I took a low light photo with all three phones and the G5 took the best one with more detail. S7e having the best camera especially low light because of its ISOCELL is hyperbole. I have all sorts of options and one of those won't be another Samsung Galaxy. I can just wait for a better trade-in.

          By how horrible Samsung is with software, I would rank Apple higher and I hate iOS. Sticking to better brands like Nokia and Motorola. No wonder Google brands their own phones now. For the last seven years, hubdred millions of Galaxies sold has given Android a bad name and associated it with lag.

          Samsung has continued to make Android look like iOS' stuttering cousin. Don't be duped by tech reviewers and the promo ads. Samsung might be great at hardware but has tarnished the Android software experience for years. Stuck in the lag city Gingerbread era.

              Overrated af.

              Lag city thanks to disGrace UX. Fingerprint prone. Awkward handling. Gets warm rather quickly. Still ugly, cartoony icons and inside the apps. Nova won't save it from its ugliness.

              Thank my Lucky Goldstar I got this S7 edge for only $120 with T-Mobile trade-in. I can sell it off for 3x more and buy myself a better product. Stick to loving my Pixel and G5. Both smooth unlike this stuttering, laggy, 2016's best smartphone of the year. What a lie that is.

                            Anonymous, 19 Mar 2017my phone after updating to nougat 7 just random restarts.. ... moreI think its Battery Calibration. Nougat OS good to your phone. Before installing Nougat OS, back up first, then follow the steps below.
                            1) Install OTA update of Nougat OS
                            2) After installation and boot, DO NOT USE the phone yet, TURN OFF then
                            3) PRESS VOLUME UP+HOME BUTTON+POWER BUTTON simultaneously until a logo "Installing update" occurs
                            4) wait until your in the interface - find "Reset Cache Partition" & "Reset Factory Setting"
                            5)reboot the phone, and you may use it

                            If there's still a problem in battery
                            You need "ADVANCE BATTERY CALIBRATION" app and follow the steps to recalibrate your phone
                            I'm running smoothly on NOUGAT OS and its really awesome you can customize your power usage and more. I'm only charging my phone at night. I do heavy games (sw, mobile legend) during breaktime in the morning and evening . still I got 30% Left at home.

                                Bought a brand new samsung s7 edge. It shocked me when I answered while it was plugged into charge.Refusing to accept a return and have basically told me its my fault that the "device safety states it should not be used while charging" ARE THEY SERIOUS ? Saumsung? is this what you do to your customers? Iv had an iphone for years never ever have I been shocked while using it when it was plugged into charge! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!

                                    AnonD-447117, 19 Mar 2017Hey Parag...even I moved from lg g5 to s7 edge...but I real... moreYup G5 is still great and i still use it I have bought the slimport tv out which supports lag free tv out to my 42" LG 3d full hd tv at 1080p reso btw the adapter also support upto 4k reso.I have also got the wireless backlit keyboard , wireless mouse & wireless game controller(gamepad also works well with s7 edge for gear vr) I can play lots of retro games on my g5 through emulator plus most latest games on android now a days support gamepads so it just fun to use it all together like a pc ,speaking abt games i mainly play AAA games on ps4 but playing android games on big screen is also fun. the removable battery is another nice feature LG G5 got .plus ir blaster is also helpfull to turn things on without searching for a remote control on which mostly the aa and aaa are running low on power :)

                                        The best phone I have ever seen... I have both iPhone 6s Plus and S7Edge.. The camera and video clarity of S7 Edge is far better than that of IPhone 6s Plus. The battery backup is excellent.. It will surely last 2 days with mixed usage. Also no heating at all even if we are using 4G data. You will never regret buying this phone. The only problem with have found is during night photos with flash the colors may get over saturated. Otherwise it's a killer smartphone.. Go for it.. You will never regret it.
