Samsung in a whole is nothing but useless, removing SD support and adding it again is not a new feature, adding an edge screen that is barely used is not a feature. A 2k is unnecessary and battery consuming and is not a feature. The only reason s7 is popular is because of persuasive marketing and excessive advertising. The note 7 is proof that Samsung is nothing but a fail. Please remember even the S7s exploded

Why did this phone have to be that big ? Why is not as big as s6 edge ?? a lot of people doesn t buy this phone because the size .

Only phone's settings will reset and your downloaded apps and other data will be removed. Also you will lose all pictures, music, videos, etc... Back up your files before factory reset. You can disable some preloaded apps. You can't remove preloaded apps unless you root your phone. But I don't recommend to root.

this is a first time I use Samsung phone and this is the worst smartphone i have ever used, very disappointed, I'm planning to sold it and buy a Nokia or Huawei phone

Secondly I had an S5 active and it was nothing short of crap. I had choices between HTC and Sony and I chose Sony because I wanted to try it..guess what its miles ahead of Samsung. If gives you everything necessary without bragging and adding unnecessary sensors and 2k screen. The XZ was the best android phone iv used so far and no im not a Sony Fanboy. I also recommend HTC and HUAWEI
