Today, my S7 Edge arrived (I live in the UK). I had ordered it from a very reliable seller from Amazon UK (4.9 stars rating).
However, when I go to "About Device", it says that it is from United Arab Emirates and not UK. I was wondering, is this a problem? Everything about the device is working perfectly, it came with proper packaging, sealed box and warranty card.
In addition, I checked the IMEI number and it appears as it is on the IMEI check website. I also downloaded Genuine Samsung app from the PlayStore and it is says that the phone is genuine on the last graph (although in the CPU model graph it says something with very strange letters, probably arab).
However, what does the different location mean? Will updates come to the phone as they would normally come in the UK (update time schedule)? I don't want to return the phone just because of that.
What do you think? Should I be worried? I am very nervous at the moment. Thank you and appreciated.

Coming from Lg G4, I have been using this phone for 4 months now, all i say its an excellent phone, it has great display,camera and solid battery life as it can easily lasts 2 days on medium to heavy use. I love everything about this phone, but even though it has gorgeous design it's very slippery and can attract fingerprints very badly. So it forced me to put a case on it which I'm not a big fan of putting cases on the phone.
So overall I'm really having good experience of using this phone and will recommend to everyone

sold note 5 and bought S 7 edge .... super performance .... less productivity than note 5......
dont switch from note 5 to this from ..... only for 1 microsd card 2 water resistant 3 battery
camera is very equal
fast charging slow than note 5
productivity very much less due to lack of S pen
this phone will not replace note 4 or note 5
i m not regretting but regretting coz I exchanged note5

I got S7 edge charcoal Black in september 5 and its just amazing device you can say its all in one dual sim edges camera best sd card option and battery life is amazing on tough use it provides 5.5 hours on screen on and on decent use providrs 7 hours am loving it buy G935fd this model is perfect

i Have purchased s7 edge from store , started flickering in two weeks time, updated software,
worked fine for couple of weeks and failed again, set to factory settings no GO.
now the repair centre has replaced it with a refurbish phone. i am disputing to give me a brand new but vodafone store is refusing.
do i have the right to refuse the refurbished to get a brand new?

Hey eyes here.
It not about which phone is the greatest. Its about on how it fits with your lifestyle.
I do pick s7edge cause im a busy man sending receiving editing many files and i do it with and android easily. And i do like the size of the phone not wide and im a 1 handed user. Battery is big which i like. I hate bringing charger. 1 charge per day is enough with med heavy user. And its not laggy. Quick camera shot also. And by the way i do have iphone6 which is great also but it doesnt fit with my lifestyle. Hate the battery and im just using it for calling and texting. hard to downlod any music movies. But hey if it fits with your lifestyle. Go for it. dont force any person to love your style. We have different styles. Dont give someone a milk when they are lactose intolerant
