Jazz, 12 Oct 2016I gave up with my s7 edge battery life already, others can ... moreU aren't alone..mine started getting issues post 2 months along with host of other issues which Samsung refuses to accept first and later repaired them. Only battery issue remains.even I plan to sell it soon

I gave up with my s7 edge battery life already, others can say this is a lie, but naah, I've been using my j5 for quite a while and there's no problem with its battery, I thought s7 edge will be better than my first plan (s6 edge plus) but I'm quite disappointed with my new phone, it's been 3 1/2 months now, and sad to say I regret buying this phone instead of my first plan (s6 edge plus)....just my thoughts... planning to sell this by January or December

I am using Samsung S7 Edge since 12 June 2016 in Pune, India. On 21st Aug my handset suddenly became so hot that one couldnt hold it and in that my 2 Samsung USB Charging cables got damaged too. Initially Samsung Service center in Pune, India wasnt even ready to touch my handset to check what are the issues but after coming via Samsung Helpline they opened and found Charging Point was damaged as well. They changed Charging Point along with Display as its one part. But my 2 issues-Cell becoming hot while using normally like websurfing, Calls and Pathetic battery life of less than 12 hours (Earlier use to get 20 hours +) continued. Again same running and finally Samsung kept my cell for 4 days and returned. Finally cell getting Hot issue is solved but along with that I have noticed diff Kernel , Improved in Camera performance and calls are more clearer and even wifi doesnt drops.
But now pathetic battery life is less than 8 Hours. Samsung India isnt agreeing that there is issue and I am left with bad purchase. i plan to approach Consumer court against Samsung after almost 2 months and numerous visits and giving my handset to Samsung the issues still persist. All the time first Samsung says no issues and later on accepts the handset and repairs it. If they can repair the handset then why dont they accept the issues on first place.
My request - Buy any make handset but not Samsung as they dont know Customer Service. Better by LG and Apple who knows how to give proper customer service plus they dont push for faulty handsets.

Excellent quality .At par with I phone 6.phone and internet and camera even better but sound quality and touch wiz could have been better

S7 edge could have been my favourite phone if it had specs below
1. Ability to use two sim cards together with sd card. (dedicated sd card slot)
2. Fm radio

Samsung is my favorite brand but I missing FM and remote control S7 edge is awesome good battery life good performance but I don't know what's happening with note 7

Mine got so hot I couldn't hold it, dropping it and cracking the face. I reported it to Samsung (in Hong Kong) who weren't at all interested. I'm waiting to see whether Samsung come clean and advise whether the Samsung S7 Edge suffers from a similar problem as that being experienced by its Note 7.

Samsung is the worst phone ever i experienced.I buyed the samsung S7 Edge the worst part bout the phone is screen lineing problem which start on second week and later on when i go to the service center they said that the problem will solve within 20 days. that was insane are you guy's fool or making fool us.It was Almost 22 days the work not done & still saying it take one more month to resolve.

I have updated my S7 edge September security patch. WiFi calling is added on this update and Mobile hotspot is not working after the update.
