Sony xperia much better than this siamsung in all term,espicially camera,battery ,display in z5 premium,my friend s7 total shatter after fall,while my z5p doens't have any effect fall from same height ,that what i call build quality
i did mention that xperia z5 have won award best smartphone all rounder from officially professional reviewer,and not from amateur biased reviewer

There should have been demand fr it,since N7debacle,but static, instead prices down as we passed. N7 has been badly damaged, no longer craze as momentum gone. People are eyeing on S8 edge!

S7 edge using last 15 days.. battry backup some extent to satisfactory bt very overheating like charging time n when mobile data on n use internet... last used note 5 never b heat like s7 edge.

Anonymous, 30 Sep 2016is it fast charging It is really a blunder and headache for me very quick drying battery over heating all the time ...how can we expect some product like this from an high end brand and by paying huge amound we are putting ourself in unnecessary issues and wasting time ....better than running behind the manufacturer i will throw this prodect in garbage and will buy some Chinese yogo ..pogo ..brands

Not impressed when I discovered that live video is disconnected whilst it was on the previous edition. Is this step backward or not? My service provider here in South Africa, Vodacom, could not assist me. It just shows they are only interested in selling airtime and data. The phone is a collateral sale they don't really care about much. Samsung on the other hand is so distant from the consumer you can't get to interact with them. So what do you get when you buy from these companies that always pat themselves on the back? Not much customer service I daresay

I have one that burns the screen protector and the clear casing. Both of it will start to to brown more so for the screen protector. Have tried several different ones and it's still the same. Even the Samsung screen protector. Any of you guys/gals have this kind of issue?

the Baron, 30 Sep 2016The Phone might be OK But the service from o2 shop in Westo... morewhich one is ur "old phone"? easiest way is obviously taking to the PC and then transfer to the new phone, other ways depending on ur old phone are bluetooth (that might a while if u have lots of songs) or NFC if it has the feature

The Phone might be OK But the service from o2 shop in Weston s mare, when trying to get help to transfer songs and music from my old phone THE SERVICE was very very poor bordering on
couldn't care a less, i was told to go home and plug it in to my computer, still not down loaded
will be the last time O2 GET MY BUSINESS HOPEFULLY SAMSUNG AND O2 MIGHT GET THIS MESSAGE. and do something about the service at O2 W-S-M

I don't know what exactly everyone is complaining about.
This phone is a great smartphone.
I did a speed test in an att store with lite connection against the iPhone 7 plus and this phone blows the iPhone away.
Those test on YouTube are done using WiFi connection.
In the real world of lite connection the iPhone dropped it signal.
