Terrible experience. Spent 5 hours trying to transfer data from HTC to my new s7 edge. I've had 5 htcs and they have taken minutes to transfer. Not only that but ran out of charge trying, so charged HTC and s7 edge and an hour later edge is on 52% and HTC is on 93%. I'm sending the edge back.

Just got my S7 edge last month, the phone looks nice but I observed the finger print scanner sometimes doesn't work and i'm not satisfied with its speaker sound.. does somebody have the same observation?

Apple just don't want any messing with their devices is my conclusion!

you will not get replaced..,replacement is allowed only with in 7 days of use .if u have any issue they will get replace.
If u have pay any insurance at the time of buying. Then you are eligible for a new stock.
Othervise..,
They will get repair.,and the repair is valid only if the phone have nothing damage or any hard scatches. And they will check through high definition microscopic camera.and they will send to samsung.they will decide you are eligible or not.
Yesterday i have gave my phone.,and they send for samsung.it will take for 4 days.,
very bad experience with s7 edge.,display problem is a common issue of samsung.,
dont buy guys.,once it fell down.,after some days most of the people got the same issue.,even if its not also its happening to someone.

On my S7E, it just take around 3%-5% overnight.. Superphone like this will consume lot of power, app and usage for great running in term of system and stability. So as a user we should know how to handle all of this mess.. Goodluck bro..

With very careful usage along with pouch on it, front glass cracked within a week of purchase. I wont advise buying for non-sensitive user. Stay away from this phone.
I used s2, s4 and dropped them dozens of times without pouch nothing happened, highly disappointed from Samsung.

Within a month of its purchase, Samsung S7 edge experienced a problem in the form of Grey Horizontal lines in its display. Very disappointing in deed and that too for a premium phone like S7 edge.
As it is a manufacturing defect of the hardware (Display Unit), Samsung should replace the handset with a New one for all the customers facing the same issue.
Worst experience ever with a phone that claims to be in the premium segment.

disappoinment..,
iam using s7 edge 1 month now,,
very good phone.,battery,speaker,camera everything was super..,
but today my display suddenly got black screen..
Not turning on..,i have tried everything ..,nothing worked for me..,
guys..,
iam telling dont buy this phone..,
i search every where in internet,read everything..
Its a common issue..,and if i get replaced..,whats sure..,how long it can use..,

This is a nice phone and that's coming from a Apple user (iphone4), the phone is easy to use, takes beautiful pictures, large battery, waterproof, battery saving modes, camera modes and has the edge display if wanted.
There are a few weaknesses like the touch sensitive(touch wiz app) and screen savers that have a hard time staying on the curved screen is my understanding.
I think apple might be a little easier to use and the price to get into Apple has really risen for a 2 yr contract in Canada, bought my S7E for same contract price + $50.00 not bad.
Bought a Otterbox Strada case and really like it so far- protects the whole phone and not as bulky as the defender.( The phone is prone to breaking glass covering the exterior -buy a good case)
I,m curious if any one is using a Strada case and can wirless charge?
A very powerful and beautiful phone for a person on a budget(nice job Samsung & Google)
