guys please help me.. do i need to wipe cache/reset my device before updating the firmware or just download and install the update and reset after the installation? please give some advise or much better if a guide. thankyou so much. i just dont want to have a problem after the update.

Please I need your opinion, I'm thinking of getting s7 edge but I have no idea if bbm could be installed on the phone without any issue. Please advise me on what to do either to go for note 5 or s7 edge

Other than that specs wise and everything else is the same so either way it's still top of the line.

I bought s7 edge 2 week back the phone was very good condition after 2 week I got 3 black line on display it get flicker when we adjust the auto brightness I don't know it is hard ware or software issues please help me...........

your mobile wont restart by itself now.
