I took it to samsung centre and they replaced the screen and ive had no trouble since. As you have yours few months it will not cost you to get it repaired as its still under warranty. So take it to service centre and they will repair it free of charge.

Best phone i ever had. Im Samsung User. Unistalled many apps who i dont use and is fast. But i think Samsung like iPhone will slow down the phones after 2-3 years they out.

Still good phone, but one thing is missing now a days and it is Dual 4G Volte Support
If samung will provide dual 4g volte on next update, then this is still worth it on 2018

It's need to be little more tighter than company fit. Check if the line is fading while pressing near front camera of the phone. Give it to a service center they can fix the issue. It's not a display panel problem. Don't worry it will not cost too much to repair.

And yes it changed the display. (I mean if u are referring to the icons, app button, and you can change the color of your keyboard, and many other things that u r gonna find out eventually.) U can change the app button to swipe up.

I read that we wil get 8.1 update. My samsung tsb A got updated to 8.1 and its only a midrange tablet. S7 edge was more expensive when i bought it just over a year ago. So we should get 8.1 at least.

I havent recieved oct patch update yet. I keep checking but nothing comes up. So maybe i will get it soon.

And my fone is functioning automatically every now and tnen after October security patch update. It hits 'back' option while I'm playing games or watching a video. Such a shame.

REKKU999, 31 Oct 2018some say s7 will not have pie because of the cpu and ram I doubt it... more like a business model, you can have up to 2 big OS updates and then only security patches.
