Goodbye IR Blaster (Infrared)
No more increasing volume at airport tv to listen on the news that you missed as you're waiting for your luggage, bringing the AC down in hot countries where they blast AC to -40, to medical clinics where it's so quiet and awkward that you can bring the volume up on Just For Laugh and see people unite under a TV, to changing TV channels at bars where they have golf playing in the background, to hotel rooms with no TV remote. AHHHHhhhhh

Not Worth the upgrade. Water resistant is not a new technology, plus they're taking away the IR. Technology is way beyond what we can see, this is just a poor upgrade and not worth the money, especially if have the S6 or the plus, I would not give my regular S6 for one of this new devices. I was also expecting a S7 Plus.

Lets make new phone @2016 and take out few functions.. lets get rid of IrDa blaster because that will certainly decrease sales! Its a great step back for humanity ! I guess Samsung learns from stupidity of their users, samsung learnt to be like Apple.

I can't say that it's bad, but there is no nice. You can see the work done in a hurry. It came out very bad for Samsung. Veme how it will recoup the production costs. In my opinion, it will fail. There will be great losses in this Chapter.

the samsung s7 edge + is a great phone... i'd switch from my iPhone 6S+ to the Samsung S7 Edge + in a heartbeat ... BUT SADLY... Samsung doesn't have the productivity APPs I LOVE... KEYNOTE / PAGES / NUMBERS :)

Only if you do not want to see the reality, you can't see as this time, series S7, it came out, not ugly, but very ugly. The one who conceived the design of this phone, it was surely drunk. Look at other firms, who pulled out cell phones in this year, and delight those phones offered by design.

All sounds good ..but real test will be in real life condition...s6 dint have that good a camera as said by Samsung...lg was a big surprise with its camera one of the best in android..i have used best camera phone in the world Lumia 1020..now using Lumia 950 as main phone and lg g4 as 2nd...lets see if s7 edge can get me away from lg g4 or g5...time will tell...

AnonD-506178, 22 Feb 2016Camera megapixels doesn't decide on image quality, it's abo... moreif they don't want a good real time result, just go for marketing stupid pixel but not that good sensor then. buy a nokia/microsoft flagship? it has 41 MP isn't it?? or if you are too lazy enough for camera, buy a dsl for yourself!
