I think I am not a valuable customer of Samsung bcoz, my Samsung galaxy S7 edge crossed 5 years. But still it is working perfectly and photos are coming awesome. I have seen so many phone but S7 edge display is tremendous. I think I have taken around 3k photos with it. It is my DSLR.

I purchased this phone in Dec 2018, and I'm now looking for a new one. That's around 2.5 years of usage. Here's my feedback on the phone:
[-] 1. Battery drainage is very high. I find myself in need to recharge the phone 2-3 times a day. It's even worse when you're using Google Maps for around 30-45 minutes. You can easily lose are 40% of the battery in this single usage :')
[-] 2. The phone heats on usages like apps updates and google maps.
[-] 3. The phone's responsiveness is VERY BAD. Around 40% of the time, you might wait for a few seconds after every tap! You might even have to forcefully kill the running app or might wanna restart the phone, if it doesn't restart on its own!
[+] 4. The body and build is good. It fell off many times and is still standing strong. The screen hasn't got any scratches.

I have got issues with my s7 edge.
1. It keeps on blacking out, at times it restarts.
2. On charging, it gets stucks on one percentage for hours (i.e 0% for 5hrs)
3. It can switch itself with 5% battery, and then switches on with 87%.
Any help guys?

And ... moreI'd youwant to screenshot in Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, hold and press the power button and the home button simultaneously and the screenshot will be taken, as for the screenrecord, it doesn't support it directly, so you have to download the screenrecord app from Galaxy store or Play Store

My favorite phone of all times. Was using it for almost 5 years and it still is in a perfect condition. Bought a new one only because Samsung ended security updates for this model :( It is still in my heart, though, love it! Perfection for when it came out and still a good phone 5 years later.
