I am fade up with network problem. I think S8+ cannot detect the network properly than other normal phone. How to overcome this problem? please help me.

Anonymous, 15 Nov 2019It worked for me too thank youYou're more than welcome just glad it worked :) I'm not sure why the message appears to trigger even though the port has not been exposed to any moisture. I've only had it happen once, when the indicator would come on and never seem to go away. There are other times it has taken ages to go off, eventhough I've used a hairdryer to help dry the port out.

Perhaps for safety reasons, or whatever, they (Samsung) have just been overly cautious and as a result the indicator and inability to charge is set for a far more prolonged period than is absolutely necessary .....

I really dont know. As I said it's only happened to me once, I think, maybe twice, in two and a half years. So I've never seen it as an issue. If it happens to you repeatedly for no reason then I would look into it further. If it's a one off thing then I wouldn't worry about it :)

Mongoose, 14 Nov 2019Sure. You are right. I rarely take photos at night though. It's not something I go out of my way to do (take night pics) but I've taken some really nice pictures at night when I've tried and people that I show them to seem to agree...I'm sure they would not be of National Geographic standard but some of the pictures turn out surprisingly well ...and hey, for a phone I'm pleasantly surprised.

I could be easily pleased though :D

Anonymous, 14 Nov 2019There is moisture detected error in my s8 plus before it was fin... moreIf you are sure that there is no moisture in the port, I would keep the charger plugged in whilst shutting the phone down and then restart the phone and see if it goes away...keep charger plugged in at all times during this process.

No guarantees but It worked for me and no harm in trying before looking at other possible solutions or causes.

Can anybody help me?? I'm having a problem with my S8 Plus after I change my sim card to a new network carrier. My phone does not have a volte option to be turned on and because of that I can't make any call or receive call from anybody. The internet is still the same but I have to set up my own apn in the setting. I'm currently using the unlocked S8 Plus in Malaysia. Does anybody know how to fix this problem? I have watched tons of video on the internet but none of them are working for me..
