AnonD-260677, 06 May 2018well....i havnt even upgraded to oreo untill i know the fac... moreI downloaded and Played Shadowgun Legends for about 20 minutes last night and it ran ok and I had no issues (I'm using Samsung game launcher on high performance) Word of warning though I only played for a short time so I cannot say for sure that you will not have any issues as it does look a very demanding game and I would imagine the further you go into the game the more demanding it would become. The game looks fantastic by the way.

., 05 May 2018I can't say for sure that there are any improvements in per... morewell....i havnt even upgraded to oreo untill i know the fact of performance.....like im still on nougat and feel so much lags in one of the most demanding game like SHADOWGUN LEGENDS in exynos variant. none other games does this kind of laggs as much this does. i have seen S8 SD variant and there the game runs smoothly. even other SD variant devices. other S8 and S8+ exynos users actually facing the same problem.
is this device's fault or game's ?

On secound thoughts, I could say try this and that but I would be inclined to approach Samsung straight away as even if it works after a Factory Reset or whatever... I would not feel fully rest assured that the phone was 100%. but l hey that's just me.
Best to be on the safe side. Get to a service centre.

Updated S8 SMG950FD last week and now all the sensors are not working. No Iris, gyro, light sensors and GPS too.
Never dropped the phone. So no way to cause a physical damage to hardware.

AnonD-260677, 04 May 2018deos anyone feel something difference after oreo update ? i... moreI can't say for sure that there are any improvements in performance following the upgrade to Oreo as I don't have any scientific evidence to back that up. Would be really interested to see any comparisons between Oreo and Nougat. If anyone could point to any I would greatly appreciate :)
What I can say for sure, and this is only from my perspective, is that I have genuinely found this phone (S8 Plus Exynos) has handled anything that I've thrown at it. I regularly play games daily and even though I haven't played the game that you refer to, I have played games that I would say are just as demanding. VR games though I have found can result in the phone heating up, not to an alarming temperature, but it does heat up but hey, perhaps that's to be expected.....I dunno.
I certainly would not say overall performance has decreased since Oreo, on the contrary. I feel (notice that I say feel, as I can't say for sure, this is not science!) BUT I feel that there HAS been an increase in performance overall since Oreo.
Even though S8 and S8 Plus users have had to wait much longer for Oreo compared to some other phones on the market. For me the wait was been worth it, as it has worked really well from the beginning .... the phone has been a joy to use.
In short: I can't say for sure if there has been either a increase or decrease in performance since Oreo as this phone has always been fantastic. Beyond expectation. Class.

Worst phone ever. Only one fall was enough to break the corner of my phone screen. It is weak. Do not buy this phone. Believe me. I wanted to change screen but costs almost more than half of money that I spend to buy this phone. Do NOT BUY!
