noooo, 27 Mar 2018Why it doesn't have radio ?The Snapdragon variant does contain a FM receiver chip. You will have to download an app to activate it though if your carrier has not done so.

Sandy, 26 Mar 2018I consider buying S8, but I often use loudspeaker when call... moretry to open your voice recorder then press record and observe the sound graph if this detects your voice,, if not forcely blow an air to the mic hole beside charging port and continue until the recorder detects the noise. hope it helps

If money is no object and it's specifically the external speaker that is holding you back in taking the plunge then I suggest you consider the S9's stereo speakers.

I just didn't want to risk anythin... moreLike I said each to their own. If that's best for you then go for it! I didn't think it was fair that someone attacked and mocked you for it.
Many people will do a factory reset every now and again even if they haven't received a major update just as part of maintaining the phone.

I just didn't want to risk anything going wrong, and it would be adittional hasstle if something didn't work out after wiping cache and then I would have to do factory reset after all.
Everyone is entitled to opinion. And yeah, even without upgrade, some people sometimes have to do factory reset because of issues that happen. It's all about how willing is someone to take chances. And not gonna lie - I don't want to take any. Even tho, I know that there's 90% chance everything would run just fine by just erasing cache.

Wish it was a bit more robost, but then easier and cheaper to replace the screen ..... but then it's a kinda give and take (OMG, I have a Phil Collins song in my head) Would rather it was as it is, 1P68 n all, than to be built like the S8 Active.

Excellent mobile phone
But you cant rish breaking it, very expensve to get repaired, All glues and have to break it inorder to get into the mobile phone. We at www.rapidphonebuyer.co.uk tried buy them from customers but ended up not been able to get them fixed as used were cheaper than fixing them. so think twice before buying one and if you buy one make sure you buy an insurance with it.

last month i purchased s8 its awesome phone and believe me if u want to buy s9..
don't buy go buy s8
i dont see any problem in s8
actully im a big fan of this compeny since 2k12 when i purchase my first phone in my life
samsung champ :)
believe me or not in my life i never used any phone except samsung
