I just calculate percentage used in a specific time frame with a calculator. If I only used 2% battery in 5 hours, that is 0.40 % per hour.

so finally bought an smartphone for myself after half a decade of wait. My last device was samsung galaxy s3, which was quite revolutionary when it was released back in 2012 (when fanboy wars used to be extreme). To my amazement, Galaxy S8 has taken leaps and bounds in over the course of period transforming from a mere smartphone to a super smart phone. Although i have used most of the major smartphones brands from (which i didn't own, more like borrowed) nonetheless like the satisfaction of buying this device. If you reading this and are able to put top money into owning this device (despite it's high price factor) you won't be disappointed but it doesn't mean other oem's are worse. For once i see all the features more useful and did not feel gimmicky to me. My fave is Iris scanner which is absolutely faster than finger touch/swipe/pin, astonished how they managed to put such sophisticated tech to phone. In the past i used to be disappointed how their design language were never innovated but glad that they made serious contribution to us people. Thank you gsmarena team for the review it was quite helpful for me to make up my mind.

Doesn't matter how many RAM the OnePlus 5 have, when you need that reliable customer service support and fast turn around for exchange or repair, you won't get it from them. This is why people pay more for Samsung and Apple.

Very snappy but a few months of usage with all the apps and download you have done it become sluggish. You think you can outsmart chinese. They outsmarted you by making you buy an overly high speced phone just to release another better version of it a few months later and you will want to buy it again. Their tricks works all the time. No one can resist the 'bigger specs' aspect of the phone and so-called 'low price' by them. Advertise it as futureproof and BAM!!! Sold!!! *2 years later you will find yourself switching to a new phone even when you own this so-called 'futureproof' 8gb ram Oneplus 5.

The S8's prices are not going to come down any time soon because people are still buying it at that price.. The G6's prices keep dropping and is a great bargain deal for anyone who's looking for a good flagship device in that price range.. Currently the best deal on the G6 is 39K.. Within a months time it should come down by another 5K..
Also, I absolutely love the G3, Its a fabulous device!

Want to ask if its worth it to change from galaxy s7 ... moreWell, it depends on your priority. I switched from S7 edge to S8 only coz of the Infinity Display and powerful chipset.
Having said that, last year's Samsung S7 are very much capable phones still. Everything is same on S8 except for display and chipset. S8 has SD835 and exynos 8895. S7 has SD821 (which is still powerful) and exynos 8890.
Personally, there is nothing else to look forward to except for the display.
Make your choice. Hope this helps!!

Personally i would recommend you to go for Exynos version as it is slightly snappier than SD835.
As far as comparison with LG G6 is concerned, both phones are identical when it comes to performance. While S8's USP is its beautiful Infinity Display, LG G6's USP is its dual camers setup. Both the phones are futureproof since they have display size of 18.5:9.
It is for you to decide if Dual camera is the one that you want or a sharper and beautiful display of S8. There is no other diffefence whatsoever between these 2 phones.
Note: I own S8 and would personally recommend it. Hope this helps.

In Samsung (Android) life is easier to me why? because of free customization according to my needs and ((back button that mobile provides))

in the end, Android is created for business, productive users, not like other platforms (caring just for the manifestation)
