Mobile is looking awesome interesting features but battery 3000 mAh is very low for this type mobile because display 5.8 inch is very big
I think it will be create battery issue in future.

Who tell you no application can use more than quad or more cores? The other cores are never useless in multicores devices. It is a complete myth that android apps only use one or two cores. Chrome for example is designed to be multi threaded both on android and PCs.
It depends on the processor. When apps run on quad cores, the core usage bounced from 2 and 4 cores. On an octa-core processor the core usage bounced between 4 and 8 cores. The phone scheduler system splits the task evenly according to the number of cores the phone have. No matter how many cores the phone have chances are it definitely will run simultaneously due to the scheduler. Though most of the time number of cores running are random and not fixed. It definitely never run on a single core and two cores at one task all the time. What the point of multicores if it really does run fixed on one core only while the other cores useless?

I need fm radio also same camera setup of s7 or s8 coz its good in low light. I have to wait. Or seek for another brand with this setup. Besides, my note 2 is still working. I will not buy til i get these specs. End of the story.

Manufacturer can activate the chip but mostly its carriers decision to do so. If you are Verizon customer, tough luck. AT&T and T-Mobile are embracing activation for all Android phones, following a move Sprint made in 2013. Carriers have little financial incentive to do so because they profit from streaming data.
Apple especially the biggest holdout. They have little incentive to do anything that might undermine Beats One, Apple Music, and other streaming services. So does any other smartphone brands that associate themselves to any type of radio streaming services. They simply cant activate the fm radio in order not to cannibalize their business partner streaming services.
PS: There are still huge argument that fm radio is needed in time of emergency broadcast and safety. Broadcast and technology business still arguing over this issue in multiple Congress hearing. So far, no resolution is taken as mandating fm radio as public policy is not the way to go and government have no power to force manufacturer to do so. In the end, we customer just need to suck it up as there is nothing else we can do.
