It's a must, that the Galaxy S8 will have these:
1, Obviously all the specs of the Note7.
2, Obviously SD350 & Android 7...
3, Improved display of the Note 7 or even 4K.
4, 6GB RAM.
5, 128GB storage.
6, + 256GB expansion.
7, Battery 4000 or even more.
8, Dual main camera 16MP + 12MP.
9, Front 12MP with flash.
10, Almost Bezel-Less.
11, And DUAL STEREO SPEAKERS (super important).
Or they can junk themselves.

Specs are way off of the rumors and need to be updated. S8 is likely to go bezel-less. As a result, your 5.1" form factor will remain the same size, but will get a 5.7" screen. The current 5.5" Edge form factor will be the same size as the GS7 Edge, but will get a 6.2" screen. Processor will be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835. No word on battery, internal storage or RAM yet but I would hope that Samsung can do a lot better in 2017. ASUS, Xiaomi and Huawei all released a 2016 phone with 256 GB internal + an SD card slot + 6 GB RAM. A least one of those came with 4000+ mAh batteries. I'd like to see Samsung not get blown out of the water two years straight, so here's hoping they have the good sense to go big on specs. Go with 8-10 GB RAM + 500 GB internal + an SD card slot and it is unlikely anyone will surpass them in 2017. Past experience says they won't though.

Recently, my lg g4 died like all other defected lg g4s. I couldn't find anything interesting, so I bought a cheaper phone (zc520tl) waiting until some new flagships phones show up. I can tell that this zenfone isn't as nice as lg g4, but its 4000mah battery and lower specs make a hug difference.
I think, I won't buy anymore a phone with a battery less than 4000mah.

The S6 had an even smaller battery and it was still usable for a whole day. Sure, if you play Real Racing 3 at full resolution all the day, your battery won't last long.

Most important feature is REPLACEABLE BATTERY.
Galaxy S serias is PHONES so the longer it lasts the better.
My line up is S1, S3 and S5 - missed 6&7 because no replaceable battery.
S8 will be Samsungs last change - no rep-battery means no S8 and probably no Galaxy - EVER.
PS. Currently S5 is BEST Galaxy and probably best smart phone ever.

samsung galaxy s sires if my favorite android device seris as those devises comes with lots of impressive features and the next one is more as to the previous one. the galaxy s7 edge is a impressive android device and s8edge will be the next one

The 1440x2560 pixels screen with a 3000mAh battery? Sounds like a joke. Why they don't add a bloatware app to lower that resolution out of the box? Otherwise, it isn't possible to use that phone without charging it a few times a day?
I think that a battery in a flagship phone (in that price range) shouldn't be smaller than 4000mAh.
