After several unsuccessful attempts finally got a tempered glass for my S8 on which typing is flawless and fits comfortably with my UAG case. I was looking for some protection as the screen is fragile & I didn't want any scratches on my phone.

            Battery is impressive. Tbh I don't see any difference between s8 and s9.

S7 was a great device no doubt about that but it won't be getting any further updates while the S8 is due for android pie. If you wanna spend extra bucks go for the S9 which is not very different from the S8.

                      Day 2 with my S8 & I have to admit it's a great phone. The battery easily lasts upto a day with wifi on for almost whole day, screen is amazing & the performance is butter smooth not to forget the outstanding camera but you need protection as the phone is slippery and you can't afford to drop it. Overall I'm really happy with it.

                            Upgraded from the S6 edge + to the S8 today and its been a great feeling. Read a lot about the camera being blurry so took lots of pics at the store before buying and nothing of that sort the camera is amazing and takes stunning shots even in low lights. Screen is amazing and the midnight black looks really great it's all black including the frame. Got this for $430 as the price has gone down immensely after the release of the S9 which is just double S8s price but it's almost the same. Really happy with the phone :-)

                              My samsung galaxy s8 worst battery backup SOT 4hrs only but 10 nm chipset....please go to update the battery issue.

                                Try charging the battery without fast charging (settings / device maintenance / battery)...it seems to last longer.

                                      you have to download the updates. It will probably go to android 9.1

                                        Hi. If I buy an S8 now does it come with Oreo pre-installed or it comes with Nougat and I have to download ALL updates from Nougat to Oreo?
