I like this phone very much but now it has a problem.My biggest problem is that it is not downloading or updating any app it say update google play services and when i try to do so it's not updating again.I have tried to erase all data and start again but still.What can do now

I like the phone, the weight, the specs are good enough for daily use and the battery is SPOT ON! When the phone is in my pocket all day, hanging on my belt or very seldom to my ear since I'm a Bluetooth user and looks or aesthetics are of no concern because I could care less what a phone looks like or what other people know I'm using as long as it does what I need.... Long story short 4000mAh battery, 3.5mm jack, and expandable memory? make this a phone worth using

Even LG lugged design is still better option but I am more interested to Sony because the design is absolutely unique and gorgeous!

It is all about rugged design that will sustain drops, fall, or impact. There is a reason why is there are bumpers in the corners as well less screen to body ratio compare to S8 (means more bezels) since more glass = more to break and S8 active removed the infinity screen so that upon impact, the side metal would absorb the force rather than the glass. Simple as that.

Do you remember the Samsung S5 back cover is so weird then now the S8 Active? I know you hard to accept it, but this is the truth. I admit Samsung S8 actually better look than S8 Active, but the S8 Active's 4 corners actually should not design like that because it is ugly like a sink/bezel. The S8 Active back cover design should be more simplicity but I thought Samsung will never learn it, I think it is the marketing strategy to keep S8 have more competitive compared to S8 Active, without bias do you think am I right?

Looks tougth. The iris scanner is faster then apple face id because there is a setting on the samsung which allows for instant unlock whist no swiping the screen.

The back cover is totally ugly especially the 4 corners, honestly. This is the marketing strategies, if you want durability you will lost the beauty, but if you want more beautiful phone you will lose the durability and bezel-less will also losing the selfie quality and losing the fingerprint scanner at a nice placement.
