Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+ and J7 Pro getting new updates

Samsung's latest Galaxy S series flagships - S8 and S8+ - are getting a new update. Firmware versions G950FXXU1AQI9 and G955FXXU1AQI9, respectively, weigh in at around 480MB and bring Android security fixes for October.

Other changes that the update features are stability-related, and are for the launcher and DeX mode. Currently, units in Europe are getting this update.

Meanwhile, Samsung has also started pushing out the October security patch to its Galaxy J7 Pro smartphone. The update is currently rolling out in Mexico, and carries the code J730GMUBU2AQJ2.

Nothing in the UK still either. Samsung are awful for updates! My GF has One plus Two gets better updates and more regular than me!

28 October and still no sign of it in Italy....maybe it was removed because it had bugs.
