Rends, 03 Jul 2022Get the m31 bro. Its battery is way better than s9 plus. it... moreM31 is a total waste of money, no IP ratings, mediocre display and performance. Phone is rendered useless within 13 months if you are lucky enough. Samsung service centers themselves say motherboard faulty in M series Samsung phones, especially Exynos 9611. If possible buy iphone 11pro or S21, based on your preference. Better battery, performance and SW update in coming years. Not faced any such issue in my S9 plus. Works better than todays A Series Samsung phones.

Been using this device for 4 yrs. and it's very reliable. But due to the recent update, mobile data is stuck at 3G. It says "E" on the upper right portion of the screen. It's usually 4G/4G+. Tried basic troubleshooting (soft/hard reset, configured the connection settings, created new access point, etc.) up to factory reset. Battery isn't good (as most Samsung phones). Heavy usage only lasts for about 3 hrs.
