Battery life is worse and worse with the same usage like I had on 8.1, some useful things have disappeared for example if you want to hide buttons you can't anymore which is very stupid so in a way you are forced to use swipe gestures and then you see how much space is wasted on the screen which is one of the most stupidest things I have seen until now, why the f... not let me enlarge the keyboard and keep so much wasted space there, I can't never understand... plus the fact that there are so many iOS elements makes me hate it even more ! Super shit update , makes you believe that it is this shity to make you buy the S10... task manager now is pure shit and to split the screen with apps is even worse. But flthe biggest hit for me is vattery life. I done a full reset with the button combination not classic from the OS reset menu and it's the same thing.

Just got a burgundy red S9+ as my note 8 got damaged, updated it to pie and now I'm quite worried about it's battery life after reading so many negative comments here as my previous phone (note 8) had great battery life. Let's hope it stays good ;-)

Save yourself from updating to pie!! Worst battery life!! Before my phone never heats up. I get 6hrs screen on time with around 10-15% left. Now, 36% with roughly 3hrs and 40mins SOT. Dissapointing!!

I dont like the layout and like ive said before it looks like back to basics. Im happy on oreo. Samsung pushed pie update out too quick without checking for any bugs.

I am facing problems using IMO video calls (with spaker on)
Receivers complaining me they hear strange echo sound,
When I call them using IMO App

After the update to Pie, my battery drains much faster, there is a lot of wasted space on the screen and the software is 50% iOS now. What a shit update... and they took forever to give it also but it's typical for sammy, they make you wait foreve and in the end they give you a garbage update. I will mever understand why they felt the need to copy iOS ! I am downgrading to 8.1.

Do I give my S9 + 64 gb,old three months with the warranty in lieu of used iphone 7 plus 256 gb oldone year and a half and get $ 50? This battery excites me.

Samsung should make something through next security updates to fix Battery issue ...cause I see people complain about that ....but in my opinion ( I am not a heavy user) battery is better than Oreo ...but still Battery not as i expect...

I wish they had a "wide angle" lens than "telephoto" which would've been really handy and different no doubt the camera is excellent on Samsung flagships.
