Speculation is Samsung was attempting to close the gap on iPhone's Single Core benchmarks but in doing so lost efficiency due to the M3 Core Architecture design.

Ive had snapdragom models of notes and one had heating problems and other didnt. and i own my s7 edge just over a year and it is Exynos version and no heating problems on t.

        But the original question was asked by 'AlexS' was "Can I put a nano sim and a micro sim at the same time?"
        And you can't use micro sim unless you cut it to match the size of Nano sim.
        Correct me if I am wrong.

                  Nano Sim is the smallest in size. So, it can be placed with adapter in the slot designed for Micro Sim. But Micro Sim can not be placed in Nano sim slot unless it cut to reduce and match with Nano sim.
                  Please correct me if I am wrong.

Not all Exynos variants have this issue but it's a common problem for that particular chipset.

I dont have any problems on mine. S9+ is the best phone ive used. maybe you should get yours checked by samsung service they will tell you whats causing it. Like ive said before i made a great choice in buying this phone.
