the problem is very hard to find perfect screen protectors for the curved edged phones...

I really loved this phone, i have the 256 mem with dual sim, but i have the green screen problem. Thus it took me around 3 months to evaluate what phone was worth it without losing sd card slot, 256 mem, dual sim, AUX plug and at least 6 gb ram. Comparing s20 and s21, i have come to the point to buy a refurbished note10+ at around $575. I sacrificed the AUX plug, but i think it’s gonna be okay since I’ll have more features on the note10+. I really wanted a phone with infrared but i don’t want to deX, maybe i can use an attached sensor. What do you guys advise me?

I Purchased Samsung S9 Plus in December 2018, no issues at all, still running good, battery is affected, that happens with all phones,

This phone is not a good choice for gamers specially in year 2021,
you can buy M51 for less price with bigger battery 7000 mah + Display 6.7 + Snapdragon 730G chipset

But sadly Samsung won't do like that...
And that's why I have decided to shift to iPhone this year 2021
iPhone 13 Pro Max will be my next flagship device and I will use it for another 4-5 years without any issues.... like support iOS updates 15,16,17,18,19,20 and so on....

In this normal or is Samsung has stopped monthly updates for S9 series...

Bought it new back in 4/18 with 256GB mem. and dual sim. Still going strong with the original battery. Operating on Android 10, it's really fast. Original battery gets me through till the afternoon. However, my business day (or vacation) trend allows me to have it almost constantly on the wireless charging unit.
Excellent camera (very good, even by today's standards) especially if you tune it to your own preferences, which is very easy to do and it's worth it. Night Mode can give you some stunning pictures.
Dual SIM works flawlessly and it's very easy to alternate between default SIM.
Speakers play loud enough giving you the stereo illusion if you are within the right listening range.
I love the Earphone socket.
Brilliant software for customizing the sound to your exact preferences or calibrating in detail each channel to your hearing by performing a very easy auto test.
Charges quite fast with the included fast charger.
Right size and weight fitting easily in the inside jacket pocket or blue jeans.
In brief, the Spring 2018 Samsung Flagship is an excellent deal now that the price has dropped due to its age and I strongly recommend it if you want a value for money deal.
